The young lady running the drive through this morning was so sweet. She didn’t make me feel rushed, she was beautiful, and she was so kind. The manager was on it too. I could see her running around all over helping in every area. The staff is amazing and I think they deserve raises

Ordered door dash/ canceled my order because they didn’t have what I wanted instead of offering a replacement? Then I called 5 times to try and reorder so I could get me and my kids ice cream and no one answered???

I have never been able to the nail this down. I’m not a huge fan of the chocolate sauce in my blizzard. I never ask for them to remove it in case it’s required or how it’s supposed to be.
But sometimes you can’t tell there’s chocolate sauce at all, but this past time I look like there was a lot of chocolate sauce. There is an inconsistency.
I like my blizzard just vanilla ice cream with cookie dough. Other than that my blizzard was great.
Burger and fries were good and cashier was super friendly. The Blizzard was a mess! I asked for chocolate ice cream with Heath bar. It LOOKED like chocolate ice cream but it was just on the top...3/4 of it was vanilla! Like the Blizzard maker person forgot it clearly said chocolate but didn't want to throw it out so they just added some chocolate on top. Unfortunately I didn't know til I got home.

I walked out! I noticed the person working the counter was also handling the trash and went right back to handling the customers without washing her hands. That’s absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
