4 people behind the counter and not a single person could acknowledge a customer was standing at the counter. All 4 had decided to stand around the monitor to find the order of a customer that had asked for no tomato on his burrito to prove it. And indeed he did order it with no tomato. And after they were done with that, they went about having personal conversations until one said, "Do you need to order or are you waiting for an order". Well, if no one has come to the counter then how have I ordered?

Update: I learned how to order without it costing me $15… That said the ticket times at this location are brutal. I’ve given up on this drive-through multiple times and the last couple of weeks after waiting eight minutes or more without moving.
Nice clean modern restaurant. Food was pretty good but felt pricey to me.

DelTaco was so very kind to give a free meal and drink after Hurricane Milton hit. The food was delicious and the entire staff was absolutely amazing!! We appreciate you and thank you for the wonderful meal!

One of the only big chains that stepped up after the hurricane. Holding out signs and giving away free food and drinks. It was one less thing to worry about when you have no power, no gas and most things are closed. The Friendly staff made me feel very welcomed. Thank you ?

Food took 20 minutes and was not warm. Not even our order when we got home. Multiple calls to the store unanswered. It all went in the trash. Make it right. How can I get a hold of the corporate office?

OMG! THIS PLACE BLEW ME AWAY! It was so good I didn't even get pictures of mine. I ended up with pictures of my wife's food. Man they really need one of these Del Taco's up here in Citrus county. Heck even Hernando or Marion County would work. This places food quality and taste reminds me of the early 1990s Taco B- Back in the good old days. (before the low-fat chips took over and quality went downhill)
Del Taco's bean burrito to me was reminiscent of the old school TB flavor with that red sauce. You know that old school TV flavor that went away back in '95. I wish I could give this place 10 stars!
We just happened to be down in the area and was stuck at the light and said hey just turn here. I am so glad we did. Now I am an absolute fan and would literally drive an hour and a half to go back down to it again :)
**Hey Corporate** if* you are paying attention, PLEASE get us a location here in Lecanto, Inverness, Ocala, or even Spring Hill. Lecanto actually has a hub that is literally blowing up right now. They just put a new Target in they have all kinds of space in and around that area!
You guys would literally dominate the market up here. People miss the old flavors of Taco B. You guys must have found the old recipes (obviously) and are making them fabulously!!!!
But seriously I could go on and on about this place. Next time I'm not eating for 2 days. I will go down there and order everything on the menu!!!!

These Del Taco restaurants are about a year old now. One is on 14th Street and one on Manatee. Skip the 14th Street location as I have yet to have good food from this location after visiting several times. Drive over to the Manatee location. The quality seems to be much better and the staff is very nice. It is great to get a taco and fries at the same place! Love that! The negative is that the need to change oil more often. You can taste old grease sometimes at both locations. Make sure to ask what is on something before you order. They may have a sauce or topping you are not used to, but they are worth the trip. Close to what you would make at home!
