I ordered the 2 meat plates. The amount of meat you get is shameful. Will never order from there again

Good food, but awful service. Took minutes before being acknowledged and we were the only customers in the place. Figured it was slow because it was a Sunday evening but it may be service related. First and last visit.

We came in for brisket and they were out of brisket. We ordered the last of the chicken so the next guests could not get brisket or chicken. The Coke Freestyle machine was out of most products also. The food we received was good but we were disappointed with the selections available.

First time dinning was the other night with my teen daughter, wife and I. Nothing to saw other then blah. The pulled pork we had was good, not great. The sides are or couldn't be passed down from generations, they taste like store bought. Same as I can get from Publix or Walmart, premade and packed for all the stores with some added flat. The buns/biscuits we received were hard like a rocks. It seems they do smoke the meats. I will say we liked the layout, style of the place and the service was good, just not the food. We didn't care for the overall taste, but I did like the sweet suace, Soo good job on where you got that.. there isn't any really great BBQ places around here, I wish there was. Don't advertise generations of recipes when I'm darn confident there isn't any home made food there besides the smoke rub. Anyways, our experience was not so great, and most likely won't be back..

Meats are very tender and sauces are wonderful. I prefer a pulled pork that is smokier, but my taste shouldn’t prevent anyone from having their foods..very nice

Pretty disappointed in the food. People at my work have gotten them for lunch, and it smelled decent, but took the trip with my family and was far less than impressed. The staff seemed unorganized, and the price was too high for the quality we received. We ordered the pulled pork classic sandwich, the chopped brisket classic sandwich and the pulled pork mac stack. The meat was dry on all, it was hard to swallow without tons of BBQ sauce. The BBQ sauce was watered down and too thin. The Mac-N-Cheese was old tasting like they made it the night before. And the corn bread tasted like yellow cake with a little corn meal in it. They didnt mention they were out of nearly every drink in their drink dispenser, so we had extremely limited options. I feel I would have gotten a better value with much better food from Mission BBQ, but was optimistic be ause of the reviews online. That was my bad judgement. Good luck to Dickey's, you're going to need it after the experience my family had.

I mean, I want this place to succeed. It's right around the corner from my parents' house. But I don't know what they're thinking... - Out of green beans and creamed spinach as sides. - Pecan Pie sign sitting by the desert rack without pie. - Sign at register apologizes for being out of regular Coke (!), lemonade, Minute Maid, and Dr. Pepper (looks like Diet Dr. Pepper was out too). - Couldn't upgrade to Texas Toast - like the sign at the counter suggests - because the toaster is "acting funny." - Sign taped to child seat tells me not to use the trash can right next to the drink dispenser, straws, napkins and barbecue sauce. If I have to clean a spill or throw away a straw wrapper, gotta walk that over to the front door. If you really want to cut your trash duty in half, closing down the can by the door would make more sense. At least to me it would. - Staff packing up and washing everything down an hour before closing. At least I got in before they put the barbecue sauce away. As far as the food, it's decently prepared as far as a chain goes. I do like the kielbasa sausage quite a bit, but the ribs and brisket were nothing special. I have had better brisket at a different Dickey's, however. I don't know... maybe I'm being too harsh. Would you go back?

This was our first time eating at Dickeys and we had a great experience. We came after a long day of visiting family over the holiday and near closing time, the staff was nice and friendly. The location was clean and the food was delicious. Our kids love BBQ and enjoyed eating here, so much so that we went back before our flight back north. Thank you for good food and service. When returning north we went to another Dickeys and the service was not even close to what we experienced at your location, keep being awesome.

Food was good, service was good..only complaint was the membrane left on my rack of ribs. Sloppy execution

I ordered food via Bite Squad and Dickeys didn't fulfill the order properly....after an hour of waiting. Then I contacted them regarding the missing food and they admitted to making a mistake and offered for me to come pick it up. I couldn't, which is why I ordered it to be delivered to begin with. Bite Squad contacted them for the rest of the food, picked it up and again they only gave us half of what I ordered. I will never order from here again.
