It seems when you order with your free rewards points you get poor service. The pizza is not cut at all. This will be the last time I order with Domino's on 1st Street and on Manatee avenue... Makes you question how often do they wash their hands šŸ¤”

Parking: The parking lot is unsafe, no parking lots lights at all on the right side of the building

I usually order from here for a long-distance family member with a chronic illness that sometimes can’t cook. I don’t usually have issues but my experience today was completely uncalled for.

I tried to order online using a coupon for 12.99 for each pizza, but the coupon did not discount like it should have, so I called in instead. The number tried to get me to order with AI and I requested to speak to a representative to order.

The representative who took my order confirmed the coupon was being applied but entered the address incorrectly (I didn’t know because I didn’t receive any confirmation texts for the order).

An hour goes by and nothing is delivered…when I called the store no one wanted to help. Harold (I assume the manager) insisted it was my fault and that I gave my address incorrectly to an AI. He was very rude and unwilling to truly help because he said he wasn’t the one who took the order. When I told him that I’d at least like a refund if they would not deliver the pizza, he told me to check my bank account in a few days…when I persisted for a confirmation on their end that it would be cancelled, he said he would text me. I received a text message with a picture of the order on the computer and a slip saying ā€œbad orderā€.

Hopefully corporate is able to assist because he escalated the situation without reason, even after I politely asked that he let me explain what happened, as I wanted to keep the conversation simple and de-escalated. He kept interrupting and insisting it’s my fault, as though I don’t know the difference between a human conversation and an AI conversation. I can only hope both calls were recorded for ā€œtraining purposesā€ to confirm…

The guys at this location decided to try me which is the only reason I’m writing this review. I ordered my go to Buffalo chicken pizza with no onions ordered it many times before and drove to the store to pick it up around 9PM. When I got home and bit into it found it was a barbecue chicken pizza with onions so they gave me the wrong pizza. I called the store and let them know about the mistake and they offered to remake it, all good mistakes happen.

I drove back to the store by this time it was close to closing time for them. I went in to get the remake and the guy hands me the pizza and locks the door behind him quickly cause he knows what they did Im guessing. I checked the pizza this time before driving off and they were clearly messing with me and made the pizza terribly out of spite because they literally drenched this thing in so much Buffalo sauce it was pooled on top, wet to the touch, and you couldn’t even see the cheese underneath. No sane person would put the amount of Buffalo sauce they put on this thing and think thats what the customer wants. Anyways I’ll be contacting CS to get my money back cause the pizza was terrible and I’ve placed that same order before.

The food is usually good. Of its not, they have free insurance and are great about fixing their mistakes!It's my go-to for delivery. They have actual delivery drivers. Go thru their website, not a delivery service. Tip them well! It's not an easy job driving in this traffic and chaos...kudos to you and the restaurants that continue to use delivery drivers??TIP THEM!

Everytime we order my son orders his pizza with no cheese or sandwich with no cheese he can't have dairy products and it always comes with cheese we ordered pasta and sausage and very little sauce and the noodles are dried out and ordered chicken Alfredo and the noodles are not only dried out it has burnt ends on the noddles I am tired of it I probably won't order from them again sorry dominos you ruined it
