Delivery took 3x longer than quoted online. The delivery time isn't necessarily the issue, it's the expectation that was set. If the app told me it was going to take an hour and a half, I wouldn't have ordered. Watched driver deliver to three stops before me, and pizza was chewy and damp by the time it arrived. Unfortunate.

It used to like spending my money here on the pizza.Especially the stuffed crust, elfredo chicken and spinach. This is the second time there has been a mistake on this pizza. You usually get it once a month, but lately, somehow it's been messing up. and when I tried to speak to the manager about it, he hung up on me twice. Now I have to waste my time and the eight dollar tip, that I just gave the driver for delivering it. Because now I have to come up there and take care of it!

February 1 my wife ordered a pick up to go order 30 minutes before pick up arrival time. They had her wait another 30 minutes while our pizza sit under a warming oven to fill a larger order as opposed to giving out orders in the order in which they receive. If I were the manager, I would be prioritizing orders in the order in which they come in. Not the size of the order. Having people that regular customers wait an hour is ridiculous. Horrible experience will not be back to your location.

It's Domino's. Their pizza is better than any frozen one, so do this instead of the frozen cardboard. You can do better, obviously, but it's going to get delivered to you unless you are picking it up, so that's always a plus. I mean, it is slightly better than it used to be, but not enough to raise it to a 4 star pizza.

They went above and beyond on the customer service here. I accidentally ordered red sauce on the pizza online and they remade it for me with no issues. Jake was supper cool about it. They were playing some nice classic rock hits too while I waited for it. All in all a great experience here.
