Domino's Pizza

I wasted 20 minutes of my life because of the AI automated phone service they do when you try to place a delivery order. Service is horrible. Couldn’t even get my order across and I’ll never call Domino’s again.

Tried ordering delivery on October 31st at 5:15 PM. Through the online app, an hour and a 1/2 later, when I called to inquire why my order was still showing it was being prepped online. I was told it would be another hour to hour and a 1/2 before it would even be made. Then the manager seemed upset when I canceled the order. My family and I used to order from here 4 to5 times a month if there was going to be a weight that's drastic, there should have been adjusted times on their website or a phone call should have been made

Ordered through the artificial intelligence on the phone, which is an oxymoron and exactly the opposite of what it should be. Spent 10 minutes on the phone so I didn’t have to wait at the store when I got there. Order didn’t get called in and I had to wait 20 minutes when I got there after spending 10 minutes on the phone, absolutely ridiculous. There’s a reason why people should answer the phone and not AI.

There is a very rude girl that works there yelled at me because I have covid and didn't want to go in with my toddler who also has covid to pick up a take out order she told me just come to the door.... FS 316.6135. I really don't don't care what the sign on the door says 4 pm to what ever I've worked low level jobs and I did what the customer asked for (with in reason). You Don't wana work at dominos go get an education and do something else like everyone else your not special. Also my food was drenched in grease....

This location gets the job done everything worked perfect the Employees are polite, fast and efficient. Not to mention the pizza is great

Ordered a pizza through the app while sitting outside of the store.. patiently waited for the order. Went to pick it up and went back to my car. Something told me to take a look at it and I'm glad I did because the pizza was wrong.. I took it back in the store and they gave the option of adding the topping that was missing on it and running it back through the oven or getting a fresh pizza. Obviously I chose a fresh pizza because who wants overcooked pizza..

Well the pizza was overcooked.. probably the same pizza just fixed and thrown back in the oven. I had faith that they corrected their mistake and didnt bother to check it again. Calling it a loss at this point. Having sandwiches for dinner because after working 12 hours, I don't want to cook and just wanted to come home. Guess i will go to pizza hut next time.

Absolutely laziest employees. I hate to leave a negative review because this hurts the business owner who is possibly doing everything in his or her power to bring good service but your employees are to lazy to even bring out the curb side pick up. Its not that I had to get out of my truck to go inside...its that I even gave a tip for your employees doing their job, which seems absurd...and they are STILL to lazy.

The manager give no tips to the workers no wonder they’re desperate.

Yes the manager of Domino's pizza had his delivery driver bring me a pizza out to the lake manatee state park camp grounds on state road 64 at 10 pm. The driver and the manager both were both really great. And thank you again guys ??
