Terrible experience!! We ordered 2 pizzas and we called after 50 minutes of not being delivered to the worker saying “What do you want, we are busy.” as soon as they answered the phone. Then they proceeded to say it will be delivered in 15 minutes. After 20 more minutes of waiting, we called back and they said the pizza was delivered but we did not receive anything. We asked for a refund and they said “we cancelled the order and you will get your money back eventually.” We asked for the name of the worker and then they hung up the phone. Very rude over the phone and never received our pizza!!

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, EXTREMELY RUDE EMPLOYEES!!!!! we ordered our pizza and waited an hour and finally called the place and the people on the phone were extremely rude and they literally answered the phone and said “what do you want we are busy” and then they transfered us to someone else to figure out where the pizzas were and the lady was very rude even though we waited a very long time. we waited 30 more minutes and they said the pizzas were never coming because it was delivered to the weong door which is okay i get it mix ups happen but they were very very rude about it and they hung up on us when we were simply asking for a refund respectfully. we called back and someone else answered and we asked for a refund and then they said calm down you will get the redund eventually and them when we asked for his name he hung up. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

I came with all my family and after we sat and one of us tried to go order we were told our ONE pizza would be taking 45 minutes to make… The place was completely empty, not one soul present making other orders. Of course we don’t know but we are quite positive it was laziness, management should take better charge.

Worst dominoes experience I've ever had staff all seem like they hate their job and the pizza was badly cooked my entire work crew got sick from eating it. Made me regret buying it for my employees

I went there for the first time yesterday. The pizza is definitely one of the worst I’ve ever had! Thin like paper and burnt and dried out on top! I will never go to this location again!
We were surprised when a friend come with pizza from Domino’s. Since then we’ve stopped in and ordered pizza on the spot. Had great service and delicious pizzas. A week ago we decided to have pizza delivered. Said it would be 25 minutes. It took an hour +. They apologized with Reward points for a free pizza that you had to order through their APP. We did that last night. It said it would take 38-40 minutes, so we didn’t race to go pick it up. Only to find it only took 10 minutes so the pizza was on the downside by the time we got home with it. Also it wasn’t the pizza that thought I ordered on the APP. It was good just not what we were expecting. I guess the only way to get a good pizza is to order it at Domino’s and wait for it.

The store on cortez rd in Bradenton fl is absolutely the worst. I can never get my order right or in a timely fashion. I advise the owners to fire all the employees and close this pathetic store.
