I’ve came to this Dunkin a total of 4 times. Every single time they do not have green tea and try to give me my drink with water or lemonade. They say they don’t do refunds. Why do I always have to sit for my drink for 10 mins because they take my money and don’t have what I order. This place is horrible

Today was our first time at this location and we found our new Dunkin in Bradenton due to Susan and Melanie for the outstanding customer service you they showed us. Friendly and outgoing personalities made us feel very welcomed. Susan and Melanie made our 3 Christmas coffees so outstanding I have to say these were the best coffees I have ever had from any Dunkin. They had the donuts 🍩 well stocked and all fresh 😋. They deserve praises and raises. These 2 women are what Dunkin Donuts stand for. Need more representatives as Susan and Melanie unlike the 2 guys on Mantee Ave this afternoon.

The worst place ever. I had stop by this morning with my mom and sister through Drive through. I waited 30 min in drive through and they still had my order wrong. I had to go inside they still didn't give me my donut when they did all smashed up. The girl in the front all rude like if we owe her something when we are paying for the stuff we ordering it ain't free. My cappuccino s were half way filled. Please don't come to this place they don't know what there doing.

I was absolutely thrilled with my order! Susan provided exceptional customer service and took the time to beautifully assort my donuts—they looked and tasted amazing. Truly appreciate her attention to detail and friendly attitude.
Been multiple times now jus to wait either 20 minutes or just end up leaving because they are so slow. The staff inside just complain about the amount of work they have to do instead of actually doing something about it. AVOID this Dunkin!!

I lose brain cells every time I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts. The incompetence of staff is beyond concerning. Also some how it takes over 15 minutes to pour a coffee from a tap. It actually baffles my mind. 0 urgency in service.

Tin the manager needs to be fired he yelled at my family and shut the drive thru window he claim doordash took our mobile order but that doesn’t make sense because we did not order a door dash order , he yelled at us and refused to give us our sandwich
