How you screw up light and sweet coffee for a dark and no sugar. Plus got a bagel with cream cheese instead of bagel with eggs, cheese and bacon. Need to start checking again.

the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I got there at 6am and there was one car in front of me and no one in the parking lot and it took 30 minutes to get my order and I had to tell them my order 4 different times when they forgot what I ordered somehow. ALSO, I paid for my order and was told to move to the second window (no biggie) and waited 10 minutes. Then an employee comes up and asks what I ordered, again, and asks for my receipt. I told her I wasn’t given one even though I asked for one- and you can hear another employee in the background screaming “THEY NEED TO TAKE THEIR EFFING RECEIPTS I DONT CARE IF SHE DIDNT WANT IT” like excuse me? absolutely terrible experience, i’ll never be back, Id rather drive across town to get a coffee.

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever came across took forever to take my order. My Matcha was the worst Matcha I’ve had in my life burnt my bagel. I had to ask for cold foam, even though I paid for cold foam. Also rush me through my order so I couldn’t even order everything I wanted. Ridiculous can we do a little better?

Waited 25 minutes with only one person in front of me. Every time I go to this shop it's something. Food is cold, no donuts and very poor service. I'll never go back. Congrats, you've lost customers!!!

In May, my daughter and I went to the Dunkin’ Donuts drive-thru. Unfortunately, the coffee was served with a poorly secured lid, which led to a dangerous situation. The coffee spilled all over my chest and my daughter’s thigh while she was still strapped into her seatbelt, unable to move quickly enough to avoid the burn.

To make matters worse, the staff showed zero concern. No one apologized or offered any assistance like ice or first aid. When I went inside to speak to the manager, she also didn’t care, nor did she take any of my information to follow up on the situation. We had to rush my daughter to the ER, and now we’re left with medical bills from the burns she suffered.

I’ve called Dunkin’ corporate several times, and they promised that the owner of this location would contact me. As of today, no one has reached out. This kind of negligence and lack of customer care is unacceptable. I would not recommend visiting this Dunkin’ location.

I think this location has new staff now because they've been on point the last few times I've ordered here. I always order through the app and they have my order ready when I arrive. Love the bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel and the new Dunkalatte! The ladies who take care of my order in the morning are lovely and provide great service. Keep up the excellent work! I tell all my friends this Dunkin' is the best one in town and will always get it right.

I am a door dasher and have been in this location, frequently. Apparently, they are not trained to greet their customers as they stand at the counter. I’ve had the same two girls barely even look at me when I walk in with one going straight to the back while the other one is working on another order without saying a word. Just a courteous “I’ll be with you in one moment” would do the trick. Not sure what is happening with people, but maybe try to train your workers a little bit better. Kindness and recognition goes a long Way.

I had a terrible experience at this dunkin' donuts. The girl that was behind the counter did not listen to what I asked. Her gave me the wrong order and then I asked her if she could change a $10 bill so I could give her a tip and she ended up taking the $10 for the bill which I didn't want her to do. Then her boss tried to reverse everything and it took almost 15 minutes to get the whole damn thing finished. Terrible service and to make it all a lousy experience. When I got in the car the girl never put the lid on the hot coffee right? And it spilled all over my lap. Wonderful
