Me and my dad were just here on Thursday Jan 4th 2024 at 9:45 am. The older lady who took our order was awfully rude and talking to other people on the headset. We were telling her our order and she kept getting it wrong not listening to us. She told us she’s the server and we’re the customers but failed to serve us. When we got to the window they gave my dad his coffee which was not what we asked for and first made me a hot green tea when I asked for a sweetened iced green tea which when I got it was not sweetened. We had also gotten a breakfast sandwich was was cold. I don’t recommend this place. Go to any other Dunkin’ Donuts just don’t go here everything sucked.

First and last time there very rude girls I ordered a medium french vanilla ice coffee was very nasty not even sure what drink they gave me I ordered one sandwich they made me go to the second window I'm like fine the girl open the window just gave it to me i said thank you no response and no napkins......
Employees ignored customers as they walked in . Employees did not greet or tell customers that they were only serving drive through only after waiting for the drive through line to finish. Good food poor service.

I understand the world is short staffed but this is the slowest and rudest Dunkin in Manatee county. Doesn't matter if you go in or go through the drive thru the staff is extremely rude like you are inconveniencing them at their JOB.

I have never seen this many idiots all In one location before. It’s just insane, so unprofessional, their comprehension of simple orders baffles me. A simple order of 2 egg and cheese on a croissant was missed but charged when asked they all were confused and looked lost. All I hear is we are overwhelmed while there’s no one waiting and it’s slow. I had to park the car and walk inside to ask for my order for the 3rd time, no one knew what was going on even tho I explained it 3-5x over to every person when to the guy who took my order.They finally brought out the order and when I checked to see what’s inside I noticed hair was inside the sandwich ?. I immediately showed them and they told me what do you want from us. ?♂️? they obviously don’t care how nasty this is and expected me to eat it.Their entire employees are walking around with gloves touching every aspect of the restaurant, taking money, touching their head sets and their hair and finally your food. Nothing here is sanitary I would avoid eating at this Dunkin as this violating all department of health guidelines and regulations.Avoid ordering anything from here for your own safety I have not seen anything this reminds me of a third world country ?.

Wanted iced decaf coffee and they were out. Went to use my rewards for the munchkins and it wouldn't work. Asked to speak with the manager and stood there for 10 minutes and still was not helped by the manager. There were also no straws in the dining
