i don’t usually right reviews but in this case i had to, this was by far the worst dunkin i have ever gone to, we waited in line for 20-30 mins, just to receive a black coffee with no cream and sugar when we obviously wanted it, then we got my bagel and it was burnt to a crisp and the hash browns were smooshed, the employees were nice but apparently not good at there job
They need to put one or two more staff in the morning the drive through it always packed and I tried placing online orders ahead of time but even that doesn’t garauntee they will have it ready because their lobby is packed as well

This is a beautiful dunkin location and the employee are nice, but they are extremely slow. I waited in the drive thru for 12 minutes. I figured it would be faster to go inside but I was wrong. I waited inside for another 5 to 10 minutes before I was even helped.
