This is after she couldn't count how much cahs/change was given compared to the total due.
Then burn the food and serve it as acceptable.

Worst customer service ever . Ordered 3 donuts and received 3 dots stuff in a bag .When asked for replacement of a defective donut , 2 of the female workers told me it wasn’t that big of a deal . Don’t recommend, wouldn’t return.

Went to 3 locations to have them be out of at least 1 out of 3 items that we wanted. All 3 locations were on our route. They were polite. The one close to us is out of items frequently.

Best dunkin location I have ever visited by far! They ACTUALLY mix their drinks before adding to cup. Most Dunkin’s throw it all together and give a hand swirl and it just isn’t the same. Consistently great coffee here. Shout out to the morning crew!!

Ordered 4 donuts with frosting and when I got to the window the cashier hands me one bag with four donuts jammed in there. I asked politely if she could please put them in a box so the frosting won’t get everywhere and come off the donuts. She proceeded to say “ah okayyyy” with an eye roll. I paid for the donuts and then she hands me four bags with a donut in each bag, all donuts were tossed in the bag facing down. I looked in the bags and not wanting to be rude, drove off while saying this is great! They are all facing down.
Starbucks please start selling donuts… because I would rather pay $10 for a good donut and a pleasant experience!!

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. The upper management is so hard on the staff about drive thru time, they don't make things to Dunkin standard at all in order to rush customers out of the line. If a customer doesn’t have payment ready at the window they get yelled at by the manager that they need to hurry up or come inside.
