10/10/25 6:45am - I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with a drive-thru employee during my recent visit. The woman taking my order was outright rude and displayed a consistently negative attitude throughout the interaction.
Despite being asked politely, she refused to repeat my order back to me for confirmation, which is a basic customer service standard. Instead of providing clarity or assistance, she responded with clear irritation and dismissiveness. To make matters worse, she addressed me as “luv” in a condescending and patronizing tone, which felt both disrespectful and inappropriate.
Her behavior was unprovoked, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I genuinely felt disrespected and unwelcome. I’m not sure if this is how staff are trained to treat customers, but if so, it’s deeply concerning. I hope this matter is addressed with the seriousness it deserves, as it reflects very poorly on the establishment. I will not be going back to this location.

Horrible customer service.... I waited over ten minutes for a delivery order .. i saw several people come in and place orders after I had already arrived and they left before my order was even started. I spoke up a couple times and they got mad and refused to serve me.. lol um the jokes on dunkin... your coffee sucks and you ruined one of your customers day.. you shouldnt even do doordash if you can't fulfill the orders ... tge young black girl doing hot food refused to serve me .. most likely because I put her on the spot for skipping my order multiple times

I just placed a $42 order. That was off 100% all around. And I had to sit there at the front counter and argue with the lady that took the order stating that's what I said. Okay who in her right mind orders 10 orders of cheesy hash browns and nothing else. It was so far off that I said look. I don't want to argue and then she walked away from the counter and left me standing there. Her friend came walking over and I said why are they going to take my order? She said you're going to have to wait. It's the most disrespectful place I've ever been to.

Friendly. But when I pay cash they don't give me change! They assume the change is theirs and you literally have to circle back around to remind them they owe you money.
This is after she couldn't count how much cahs/change was given compared to the total due.
Then burn the food and serve it as acceptable.

Worst customer service ever . Ordered 3 donuts and received 3 dots stuff in a bag .When asked for replacement of a defective donut , 2 of the female workers told me it wasn’t that big of a deal .

Went to 3 locations to have them be out of at least 1 out of 3 items that we wanted. All 3 locations were on our route. They were polite. The one close to us is out of items frequently.
