I went in at 7am to get my son and wife breakfast. I asked do you have any chocolate frosted and the lady said no. How do you run out of the most popular donut at 7am? Ok, I’ll take 2 glazed donuts sorry we are out of them as well. This place needs help and they need it fast. Last week I bought some donuts took them home and they were inedible the chocolate was falling off the donuts and the donuts were so undercooked it was sad. Stay away from this place. I will drive to the one on Cortez before I return to this Dunkin.

If the world ran on this dunkin, we would reach the end of eternity. This is the slowest, lease efficient DD that i have ever been to. Do not go into the drive though.. they individually complete one order before taking the next order.
*UPDATE*
They said that they were extremely busy filing coffee orders and I could come in and grab my coffee. There settee 2 cars in the drive through and 1 customer already served inside.

I guess I picked the worst Dunkin’ in all of Florida. Very inviting place to eat. They had this mean supervisor lady yelling at employees working there. . She was super loud and rude to all the employees. Very poor selection of donuts. Donutswere dry and hard. The lady at the register was very rude also. Should have read the reviews before it came

I have gone to this locations 2 times now, and have been completely dissatisfied. The first time, I decided to place an order on their app, and was met with morning chaos, and no designated line for online pick up. After waiting for 35 minutes, I was given someone else's order. I am unsure if their order, or mine, was the more expensive one. Today, 1/8/2025, I decided to stop and get myself a coffee, and also included the mini bagels and snack bacon. DO NOT! get the bagel and snack bacon. You have to pay $3.49, for 2 tiny bagels stuffed with cream cheese, and $3.59, for pretty much a slice of bacon fat cut up in to 5 pieces, battered in sugar and fried. Too expensive for the portion, and not the best taste. The Hot Lava Cake Latte, tasted spoiled. DO NOT! waste your money here.

Whoever the manager is needs to train the employees better. Guy who works here with the lip piercings was giving attitude to the other employees all three stated they weren’t managers and couldn’t refund an online order. Guy said he couldn’t make the sandwhiches because they didn’t have “anything” but pushback from one of the employees revealed he seemed to just not want to make them, eventually got the sandwhiches so thank you to the other two female employees. He also mocked one of the employees in just a genuinely bizarre way, the way a child might. Online app wouldn’t let us refund and apparently the managers didn’t teach them how to do that in person either. Maybe there should be a manager on shift.

I will start by saying that I have not visited this location for about a year due to previous (similar) issues. Today, I decided to give it another go as it is the closest location to my home and I wanted to surprise my children with a sweet treat.
I honestly shouldn’t be surprised that nothing at the store has changed. I placed a mobile order this morning in the hopes that ordering ahead would help simplify the process. I waited in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes. There were 4 cars in front of me. Sure, I could have walked inside, but the purpose of having a drive thru is to speed up the ordering and pick up process. When I made it to the intercom the abrupt, clearly frustrated employee, proceeded to tell me that she “didn’t have half of the donuts that I want.” I thought well, that was a nice greeting. Then, she quickly verbalized the list of donuts that the store did have. I proceeded to tell her the donuts to replace. As the conversation continued, I pieced together that the store didn’t have ANY of the donuts that I originally ordered besides glazed. At this point, I contemplated just canceling the order but had already committed to reordering and paid ahead of time since it was a mobile order. I asked again, what donuts she had available. Again, in an abrupt and frustrated voice she listed the 5 donuts that were available. I finished the order and drove to the window. When I arrived at the window she just started shoving my order at me. There was no apology and there was no offer of a refund, which I am 100% sure would be a task that is completely unattainable for this staff. As for the other items I ordered, the bacon was cold and I’m positive the coffee was plain with sugar. Not the white chocolate speciality drink that I ordered. I can’t help but wonder if the attitude from the staff is due to them being paid below Floridas minimum wage which is currently $13.00/hr. $12.00/hour for employees and management is being paid almost unlivable wages at $48,000 a year. At least, that’s according to the sign that’s hanging outside of the wooden fence concealing the dumpster. I suppose the saying “you get what you pay for” applies in this scenario. Rude, stressed, frustrated employees and incompetent management. This location is truly damaging the Dunkin name. Please refer to all of the 1 star yelp reviews. As a corporation, a LARGE corporation, employees and management should be compensated appropriately. This location might actually be able to retain employees that care about the business if they could at least afford the cost of living. I’m going to assume this is the reason for the Bradenton, Florida (Manatee Ave) location being in shambles, years on end. If someone in the corporate office slightly cares, assess the wages, compensate the employees appropriately and send resources to help this team become successful. Although, I’m sure corporate is more then satisfied collecting their paychecks on overpriced donuts and coffee while the employees and customers suffer. It’s truly a shame.
Thank you for your time and attention. I truly hope something changes.

Does anyone no the number here ....the number on the website doesn't work
What I am sending in a 1 star about is this chain and it franchisees keeping it and any of their other stores open during this exceedingly dangerous time. To prioritize freaking donut income over the preparedness and safety of the people that help create your income is atrocious. Cat 5 in the bay but we have attendants and managers staffing these store clear up till the day before.
They shouldnt have been working yesterday let alone today. You and your investors, your contributors should be ashamed of yourselves. Should be ashamed of what you display as leadership. You should be ashamed of what you display as human equity in your franchises.
Absolutely Atrocious!

Don't use the drive thru in the morning. Took 16 minutes for 3 cars to get thru the line. It's not Dunkin it's the people they hire, but then again maybe it is Dunkins fault for paying so low and hiring from the bottom of the barrel and being understaffed. At least 6 cars have gotten out of the drive thru line. This place is losing money by the minute.
The guy that made my coffee did a great job, but they told me to pull into a spot and wait for my food. 15 mins later I go thru the drive thru and he said they didn't see my car parked?
A few minutes later, he said that it was about ready. They were just putting the queso on my hashbrowns and I was like queso?. I got two regular hashbrowns and three bacon egg and cheese croissants. He said it was 2 bacon egg and cheese? I said no... I paid 30$ so what did I pay for...Then he had to Find My order because they didn't give me a receipt. Come to find out- I ordered correctly. of course on my way home I realize they gave me three bacon egg and cheese bagels instead of croissants. I just really don't know how you can mess something up that's so simple. Just say you don't care and I'll take my time and money to get what I actually ordered. It's really not that hard to care. My advice if you go, just stay at the order window until you get your food and double check your order. I'm so nice and patient, but I guess being rude and demanding is the only way people take you seriously these days.
