After waiting 20 minutes in drive thru for a mobile order, my pup was anxious to get his pup cup. I was surprised when she asked for my card - since when did you start charging for whipped cream in a cup? Food was cold and ice was melted in latte. This is a normal occurrence for this location. I’ll be taking my business to establishments that don’t nickel and dime you and have better much better wait times and food/service.

Hi, I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts a few times to see what they have different customer service. It is horrible. The employees doesn’t know what they’re doing and it takes about 20 minutes for me just to get coffee and a side of bacon and they always be short staffed I don’t know what it is, but you guys need to hire more people. I don’t know who the owner is or the corporation, but you guys need to shut it down.
Waited 45 mins for a croissant, young lady at the register emptied garbage bins and did not wash her hands. Just horrible!!!
