Stopped in here on our way to the island. I feel after stopping here that other poor reviews were left by a lit of "entitled Karens." We were in and out in a few minutes. Coffee was good and doughnuts were full with many choices. Would go again

Everytime I go to this Dunkin it is a WAIT to get anything even just some coffee. Don’t even think about ordering food unless you want to wait 30 minutes for it or have the workers completely forget about my order as happened to me. Honestly it could be done better if the workers just had some help from how slammed they get but not enough personnel most times. To the owner DO BETTER!!!

This place feels really run down lack of effort, mediocre humdrum service. They did not have the proper change to give back to me.They did not have the everything bagel my wife wanted.Used the bathroom and there was urine all over the floor.This was the first time trying a Dunkin' Donuts we are Canadian and go to Tim Hortons and you would never see their coffee shop like this.My Hope Is this does not represent all the Dunkin Donuts.

Sorry for the rant, but the experience I will share is becoming the norm, unfortunately. We stopped at this location as we were heading from Anna Marie Island to Tampa. My wife is dealing with some health issues and needs non-acidic decaffeinated tea. She carries her own tea bags, and we normally just buy a cup of hot water for her. First, the good news is that this DD gave her the cup at no-charge. Kudos for this service.As we walked in, we saw a window sign stating that " for Dunkin Rewards members," you received a free donut on Wednesday with a medium or large coffee purchase. That sounds good to me, as I was buying a coffee already. I ordered in the restaurant and paid using the DD app. I showed my rewards info and thought we were good. The clerk charged me for the donut. I pushed back stating the donut should be free per the sign. Without getting into all the back and forth, the store manager showed up and stated I needed to order the donut and coffee in the app. This was not stated anywhere, and since there was a gentleman waiting to order behind me, I paid and left. I still feel I was ripped off for the donut, and more importantly, the donut issue around how it was ordered has soured my desire to go to any DD. I am just shocked they didn't ask for a tip after I paid. Go at your own risk.

The worst customer service I've had in a long time. The first woman that waited on me said she couldn't sell me the donuts I wanted because her boss would get mad at her. The boss lady (that is what it said on her name tag) was very rude and angry. She suggested that I go to a different dunkins down the street. If I hadn't already paid for what I ordered I would've left. It was really appalling how bad customer service was

I have called two days to reach a manager to have their conference room used and I was told today our managers not in again today which is fine and I asked her if they could help me, but she told me that the manager was a very busy lady I was kind of shocked. well, I can't fill out any of the questions down below Because we couldn't get any service at all

Every time I attempt to come through here to get something, they are out of it mostly the croissants or the sandwiches and be aware that they shut down making the sandwiches really early. I grew up in New England and Dunkin’ was my favorite however, haven’t found one in Florida that can get it right. SadI literally just left the drive-through 11 o’clock no croissants left for the day !
