We had a wonderful experience at this particular Dunkin'(FYI-This is the day after Hurricane Helene), not just because of their delicious donuts, but because of the exceptional staff: James, Portia, and Qwon. This team truly exemplifies what a dream crew should be for Dunkin'. We will definitely return, and I hope to see this fantastic group again. Their service goes above and beyond expectations. As agents who do alot of traveling, we always enjoy the people who brighten our day.
If it were possible to give them a lower rating I would. I was there three days in a row today being the third day two days nobody answered the intercom I had to go in. We don’t have cream. We don’t have this size cup that size cup slumped over the counter, reading his phone, not even looking at me. Apparently he was stoned on something or whatever same thing today went back. Can I have a medium iced coffee please no flavoring we don’t have cups today. We don’t have cream today. Still looking at his phone laughing and saying it ain’t on me man it ain’t on me. I would not under any conditions recommend this store.
