worst experience ever. was just at the drive-thru today and was told that I can't order two different single donuts let alone one single donut that the drive-thru was only allowed to serve free boxed assorted donuts that if I wanted to order one single donut I had to not go through the drive-through because the store was too busy to handle that process.. absolute worst customer service ever will never come back to that Dunkin donuts ever again and I've literally come there almost...read full review
7:10in the morning.
I ordered small ice coffee 2 sugar 2 creamer. 2 orders of hashbrowns, 1 bake
bagel with cream cheese, and small strawberry banana smoothie. " we don't all those right now" I reply with oh ok. do you have any other fruit like drinks? "........(no response)" I say hello??? "are you done ordering?"... I said I guess and pull up. workers are arguing inside. my coffee has no sugar, only 1 hashbrowns, and my bagel literally has a 1/4 tsp of cream cheese...read full review
