Maybe is the location? But who ever is in charge of ordering supplies/ingredients is not doing it , wanted the dubai any dubai either option but they didn't have the pistachio ice-cream and two of the other ingredients, ok so lest try a Sunday... no hot fudge no pineapple instead without letting us know instead of hot fudge we got mocha sauce...🙄 it was for my 9 year old ...so he wasn't happy with that. Service was slow and careless.

Came in at 9:35am and the cashier was very nice and took her time to make my 2 young boys feel special . Always good to see people go out they way to male a difrence. Thank u

Very dirty place, I want to order a pickle and a coffee to grocery and on a table smoking a cigarette I was waiting at this for 10 minutes and when I come back the girl she did not wash her hand. She went immediately start preparing the food I do not recommend this place. And on top of that very very rude not very happy people to work

Dunkin im hurt! I work next door to this dunkin and get coffee from here basically everyday, I even know the whole staff and they know me, were all cool, yall are great. But i just found out that yall locked the front of the drink fridge because you thought I was stealing drinks. 1st of all NEVER! My mamma didnt raise a thief. 2nd if you THOUGHT I stole... i work next door, come ask me. 3rd I find it wild that after YEARS of getting coffee from yall this is how you treat me, so i decided to be petty and leave a 1 star review to let yall know. So here what prob. Happened based on what I was told by my friends and your former employees (also my sources that say you did it cause of me) . 1 morning as per usual i ordered my coffee and a pepsi zero soda for my day at work, when i walked in and said good morning as usual my drink was probably not ready since yall were busy, so i waved at the staff and took my drink from the fridge, EXPECTING you guys to see the ticket and realize it was me that placed the order. Perhaps that was my fault but i deff. Didnt ex0ect this. To the staff im sorry I love yall and yall are great, to management im sorry but do better.

I don’t appreciate being ambushed by the manager Trina! I came in to pick up my mobile order and was instantly ambushed by the manager telling me that I’m not allowed to come back in the store per her GM Bryant, all of the employees were friendly but the manager made me feel very unwelcome! I’ve never been treated like this by the Dunkin/Baskin brand before and no paying customer should have to deal with that, I can take my business elsewhere there’s plenty places Wawa, Starbucks, or scooters!

It happens to be right next to be home so it convenient, but I tried to come here multiple times and every time I come here my order is wrong. And after today I'm done, I order two bacon avocado toast and neither of them had bacon on it. The drinks is always trash. Unfortunately the staff here don't understand what they are doing.

The young cashier was sweet, but the donuts were stale, and they were stuck to the parchment paper on the shelves. So every time she tried to box one up for me, the bottom of the donut ripped and stuck to the paper. I bought 2 dozen donuts that morning to serve to my daughter's class, and I ended up serving half hard, bottomless donuts.
Homeless people everywhere. Outside some inside. Food is okay at its BEST. coffee tastes watered down. when I tried to get a refund I was told no. I am never coming here again. The manager i think her name was trini Trina something like that was SO RUDE. didnt help me at all. id recommend staying away from here.
