The ladies were busy this morning and all displayed cheerful attitudes (enjoying their work). Food was really tasty, I had the $6 DunKings Meal… yum! I added the glazed blueberry munchkins that went great with my French Vanilla coffee. Great job!

Sunday morning and the manager only has two employees working. Now bless those two because they were running around busting themselves to try and get orders done. I had placed a mobile order to pick up at walk in. I stood in there for half an hour waiting. Whoever is the manager here needs to re-think their scheduling or be in there working with these people themselves.

Horrible staff. Didn’t take a phone order, attitudes absolutely sucked. Waited for someone to even acknowledge me for 10 mins before she says “what you want”. What you want? That’s not even proper English. You need to reevaluate your staff unless your management is just as incompetent. Didn’t even get what was ordered. We got cold bagel bites and soggy ass avocado toast. Get your shit together for real.

No idea how some reviews are 5 stars when the service and food were terrible. A place you want to avoid at all costs but if you go don't forget what you read here. So many other places to choose. Bad food is one thing but if your service is horrible you wont be in business long.

Just had the BEST breakfast sandwich EVER!! It was "just" an English muffin with Egg and Cheese but it was PERFECTION! The morning crew is always a delight as well. Keep it up!!

I've only ordered large hot black coffee from here and I usually sit after work and notice (not for me) the wait times can be a few minutes long but nothing unusual for a busy time and short staffed.

The food is ok, but the coffee variety is kinda lacking compared to other coffee places nearby, food even more so other than the donuts. Most of the staff is nice but if you're looking for a caffeine-free diet you have to contend with employees getting your order wrong and putting caffeine into your drinks anyways. I had a chick at the counter yesterday that flat out lied to my face about my drink being decaff and it CLEARLY wasn't when I drank it.
