⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Dining Experience at enRich Bistro! Our visit to enRich Bistro in Bradenton was outstanding from start to finish. The menu is creative and unique, offering an impressive variety of dishes that showcase both flavor and quality. The deer and rabbit appetizers are an absolute must-try—they were phenomenal and truly memorable. For our entrées, we enjoyed the Hatfield Prime Pork Ribeye, Shrimp & Grits, and Buttermilk Fried Chicken Breast—each one was cooked to perfection and full of rich, balanced flavors. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made the evening even better, and every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive from the moment we walked in until we left. We can’t wait to go back and explore more of what this gem has to offer. Highly recommend!

My wife and I eat here regularly. We've tried just about everything on the menu and have always been amazed by the whole dining experience. It's nice to see the menu growing with new additions. Great wines and cocktails , delicious salads and small plates, and exquisitely prepared entrees along with the best service around. Enrich is one of the best restaurants of the Gulf Coast.

I am so glad a friend recommended this restaurant to us when we were visiting from out of town. One of the best meals I can remember having in a long time. Highly recommended for a memorable dining experience.

A relatively new (1 year old) Italian restaurant. Food and service - both excellent! Food was well presented. Hot food hot, For sure, your only complaint about portion size might be that it is too big. My wife had a melon gazpacho which she didn't like. Other than that, no complaints. What added a very positive note to our experience was having the chef/owner, Rich Knowles, spend time in the restaurant speaking to diners. He was interested in hearing our thoughts and suggestions. Definitely wort a return.

And the appetizer came. I swear I looked around for Ashton Kutcher, I thought I was being Punk'd. It was a 28 day aged New York strip Carpaccio . They literally sent out shaved meat on potato chips. No vinaigrette. I was very disappointed at this point. The steak was cooked okay. I didn't quite understand why the sauce plating for the steak. The sides were not that hot. Their take on a carrot cake was different. It was very tasty. They had a Keylime pie martini, it was good. The old-fashioned was good too.

Great compliments from every one of us considering the excellent epicurean pleasures we enjoyed at enRiche Bistro. The steak was better than Bern’s, the chicken a definite choice to repeat again, the heirloom tomato salad positively extraordinary, and the bread pudding absolutely amazing!

Attractive lounge and dining area, extremely tasteful. Good parking. We were seated immediately. A little mix up in who was going to wait on us, but it was figured out after a fifteen minute wait. Tuna was very good, sauce on the side would have been perfect. Filet was very good, the cauliflower and potatoes, tasty. Our tomato appetizer was over the top wonderful. Meals were much better than in the old location. Hope to visit again soon.

I had high expectations for the $25 hot pastrami sandwich because of the delicious description on the menu and the price. I've actually had $25 pastrami sandwiches before and this one was half the size and included about two tablespoons of pure fat. Also, the pastrami was not sliced but shredded. We showed our server the pile of fat and he spoke with the kitchen, returning with the promise that the chef would be more mindful in the future. He asked if we wanted anything else and of course, we didn't. I was shocked that there was no comp on the bill. Added to the shock was that my husband and I got sick later.
Love this place! Eaten here twice. Seafood and salad. They may have named the caesar salad after my husband Rich?

Amateur hour ....Bartender knowledge poor....food lacked flavor with very small portions and big $$ the skirt steak was cut with the grain ! really??? Overall not impressed with this being my first and final visit.
