We had an issue on November 16th 2025 around 6:40 p.m. there was a person with dyed red hair giving us issues about subs that were made prior at 11/07/25 8:12pm which we believe we're not made correctly. When we came back to the store the employee was full on disrespectful saying that we were cussing at them even though we weren't and telling us to leave even though he was not the manager. The orders that we had were the fireman sub and a turkey bacon ranch sub large as well both of them were a combo meal. The fireman's sub they added additional toppings which was cut chop pickles cucumber and I know those are the two things I did not add I preferably did not like the honey ham but that was my own fault but the other extra condiments and all that was not needed. For the turkey bacon ranch that was more entirely messed up because they ordered no mayonnaise no onions no tomatoes no cucumbers. But when we received that order there is everything on that the onions and we called to make a complaint they said they'll cover it. And then when we came back the employee that said that he made it said he made it without any faults and it was ours and we're just trying to get a free meal and he was belittling us he was disrespectful. He said that he doesn't care if we give them any service and said wished for us not to ever come back. the store is 621 on Cortez Rd Bradenton Florida 34203. We returned with receipt. The manager of firehouse took the order written it down so next time we come it will be remade. But as soon as we returned the person with the red dyed hair was still talking and being disrespectful. And the worker in peach cobbler next to Firehouse was even telling him he was in the wrong. And he was cursing at us.

I’m tired of these workers not reading the orders correctly. Everytime I order, I put extra toasted on my subs and when I receive them it doesn’t even look toasted at all. Subs come sloppy in the box at times.

i came in around 6pm today and Richard put me on to an AMAZING sub it was my first time EVER coming here i told him i want a fan favorite, something spicy and hot too and he recommended me the Hot Cajun sub and i put provolone cheese on it and everything that came with it and to whomever made my sandwich that day may you get a raise of some sort and a kiss on the forehead thanks to richard and the team🙏🏽
