We have enjoyed great food and service at several First Watch locations in Florida. Today, not so much.This was our first visit to this relatively new location, and my meal left me very disappointed.I ordered the Trifecta with bacon, eggs over medium and a pancake. The plate was delivered with cold bacon, cold eggs that were barely over easy, and a lukewarm pancake that was broken into two pieces.Fortunately, the replacement meal was up to First Watch standards, as was the coffee.The service was a mixed bag. The server who took our orders did not check on us until he delivered the check. However, two other servers were helpful in making things right.

This First Watch is in a great shopping center. Plenty of parking, great visibility and easy to get into and out. The store presents well and is very neat and clean. I have been in for breakfast four times in the last few weeks. The menu offerings are terrific and they have several unique dishes you can only find at First Watch. On my last visit I had a traditional Eggs Benedict, First Watch put their twist on it and it was a great dish. The eggs were perfectly poached! The restaurant offers several healthy options, vegetarian and vegan if that is what you are looking for. Some great juice drinks (kale). On every visit I have dined alone and the initial greet from the service staff takes a very long time. I almost left last visit. The average time to get a, "hello", is about 10 minutes. After that all else goes well. No TVs or counter seating.

Great food and pleasant staff! The last couple times we've been here they appeared to be short on waiters which made service a bit slower...but that's everywhere these days. Otherwise always enjoyable!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair available entrances.
