This First Watch provides customer service that is second to none. Every one of their employees that we encounter are super friendly and they work hard to make sure that you are totally satisfied and happy! Hats off to the management! We dont go to too many places that do it this well. Oh and the food is incredible too! We highly recommend this restaurant!

One of the only chain restaurants in Florida that serves fresh food that's good for you, The lunch selection is decent but their breakfasts are the star of the show!Vegetarian options: Just order stuff without meat....They do have veggie burgers but I have not tried them.

Decent food. Nothing negative to say except it a bit of California granola crunchy too much for me. Even down to the table that has a gold circle coin imbedded in the table about sustainable of white oak. I am all about sustainability and all, but put some other yummy food on the menu instead of Turkey gravy. Also, I understand i happens but, my wife's meal came out then I waited 30 min for mine. Not a big deal for me and they comped it which is high marks that I think this restaurant is going to be great! I recommend check the menu before you go if you want a Cracker-barrel type food which is not. Multigrain pancakes were great! Just know what your getting into when you go. If you know the menu and theme you will love it!
We were seated and for a while, observed wait staff busy assisting other customers. Eventually we were approached by “AMY” who asked us if we had been taken care of. We had not, and we ordered drinks and our breakfast at the same time. Something we were happy about after waiting 25 minutes to get seated. She returned quickly with our drinks, adding that our order was in and the wait would not be long. She was attentive, efficient and friendly. Then we never saw her again. Yet another waitress closed out our bill. Thanks Amy for your service.
