February 19th 2025 walked into the restaurant at5:30pm smelled like a locker room. sweat room. Went down hill. Not the same clean restaurant as it was. Won't ever go back to this location. It's a shame a nice upper class Plaza too.

YIKES, I wasn’t gonna say anything about the first black hair, but then I saw a second one on my lettuce wrapped burger (I don’t have black hair so it defn wasn’t mine) overall the burger was ok and I’m sure it was just a mistake by the workers but it defn left me wondering what else got contaminated on the burger. Prices here have gotten so expensive. Also I didn’t like all the inappropriate photos on the wall of the bathroom.

They were very busy, staff was working fast, cleaning and getting meals ready quickly. The fellow at the cash Tyler was such a good team leader. He was very aware of everything and everybody (staff and customers) in the restaurant. The staff seemed to be enjoying their jobs.i watch as Tyler spoke with numerous customers and he was friendly, kind, patient, polite and very respectful. Found out he was the store manager. 5 Guys should be very pleased to know such a wonderful person is representing their brand, The food and service was very good. Very impressed. Great place to eat, nice to be greeted when you enter. Nina

Took a couple bites of my burger and then discovered there was a hair in my patty, absolutely disgusting. I went to the counter and they offered to make a new sandwich. But I was too disgusted and left. I feel this location is very unclean. Never going back again.They've lost a customer for life!

Great burgers and fries for those needed gluten free! I can always feel secure that my "allergy" request is honored. Also, never have been made to feel like I'm bothering the team by confirming my "allergy" needs.
