Food is great always but, there is this one employee that is just not it. Started with an attitude when we walked in around 9:30pm. Proceeds to roll his eyes multiple times, then while we are sitting eating, he cleans the table top with the same broom that his co worker was cleaning the floor with. Same table kids eat at, he just used the dirty broom. That's as nasty as it gets.

Terrible! I ordered two big fries, a bacon cheesburger, and a cheeseburger in a lettuce wrap. They messed up my whole order. They gave me only one big fries (instead of two that I paid for) - undercooked, and only what fits in the cup, no overflow, as it is in other places. But the worst was my lettuce wrap - they threw everything in the bowl instead of the lettuce wrap, the bell pepper was plain raw, and half of the ingredients were missing.

Would like to express my gratitude the team (Kiana, Charles ++++) etc., that was on duty at 2:29 pm on 6/26/25.when I entered the store and was not feeling very well Their kindness, patience and grace was very much appreciated. I had not eaten all day, wasn't feeling very well so : after recommending that I take a seat and offering to call someone (which I declined)..they graciously brought my meal to me so I would not have to get out of seat which enabled me to eat, rest and continue my journey. Much appreciated.

I’ve been here a handful of times and this location was my first visit to an Five Guys. I’m always being treated well by the staff. They coordinate and work well together to keep orders going smoothly, and I’ve always had a lovely experience when checked out by Doug. He’s a very sweet, older gentleman and he made the process very easy for me. I will be coming back more, you’re guys are doing a wonderful job.

Wish I could rate the service aspect higher!! Douglas was absolutely the best cashier i think I’ve ever encountered..seriously. He’s so awesome and I came in there trying to get just a drink but ended up getting the whole burger meal because I thought Douglas was awesome! He sold me!! I will be coming back and ordering more bacon burgers in the future, so delicious. Thank you Douglas!
