Would like to express my gratitude the team (Kiana, Charles ++++) etc., that was on duty at 2:29 pm on 6/26/25.when I entered the store and was not feeling very well Their kindness, patience and grace was very much appreciated. I’ve been here a handful of times and this location was my first visit to an Five Guys. I’m always being treated well by the staff. They coordinate and work well together to keep orders going smoothly, and I’ve always had a lovely experience when checked out by Doug. He’s a very sweet, older gentleman and he made the process very easy for me. I will be coming back more, you’re guys are doing a wonderful job.

Wish I could rate the service aspect higher!! Douglas was absolutely the best cashier i think I’ve ever encountered..seriously. He’s so awesome and I came in there trying to get just a drink but ended up getting the whole burger meal because I thought Douglas was awesome! He sold me!! I will be coming back and ordering more bacon burgers in the future, so delicious. Thank you Douglas!
