I came in to place a to go order, and was sent to the bar to do so. No problem.. I asked the bartender what ingredients was in a particular sandwich and she only says one ingredient. I let her know I've never been there or ever had the sandwich she then tells me one more ingredient. So I told her even by the picture I can tell there are things I don't like on the sandwich; I tell her what I see and don't like she then makes note of it. In my opinion most staff should at least partially know the menu, and if not, when questioned about something make an effort to find out.
The sandwich was delicious btw.

Originally happy with the food and service. Raven took great care of me and my dog Misha outside. However, when I went inside to eat and drink the bartender was more interested in trying to get laid and get phone numbers from the girls at the end of the bar instead of serving myself and the two gentlemen next to me. We gave up and threw our menus down and walked out. Train your employees better!!

We visited the Venice, Florida location for the first time todst and never agan!! The hostess was extremely unprofessional and a complete bi*ch.  I tried to talk to the manager about it, and he was just as rude. I was completely blown away with how they made us feel. It’s unfortunate because the bartenders were amazing, but we are never going back there!!

We went to the Venice location. Our server, Savanah, was very nice and the service was quick. I wanted to try so many things on the menu because they sounded delicious. We got the Bavarian pretzel for an appetizer and it was huge! For my meal, I landed on the Malibu Barbie Wrap(chicken, bacon and guacamole in a wrap) and it was very good! I had a bite of the Legalize Marinara (chicken marinara sub) and the chicken was crispy and the marinara was delish. Fries were amazing. Will definitely come here again.

The Legalize Marinara hogie was good. Mac & cheese was nothing special. The music was way too loud.
Our first time here and it was great! Food is delicious and the place is clean. Taylor was very attentive, friendly, and provided superb service. We definitely will be back!

Food was ok service was good. Atmosphere was disgusting. The worst part was when several people took there Champaign out to the parking lot stood around and got high with families with children were close by. Management made no effort to stop it. We will never patronize another Food and Beer.
