Great customer service and amazing food

Ordered 42.00 lunch and received food that’s 50% incorrect and missing items. Unbelievable How hard is it to fill and order? Missing large fries Cheese on my sandwich when I ordered no cheese Ridiculous

Good burger and service.  I ordered the double cheese burger with grilled onions, garlic aioli and I added chili.  The burger and chili had good flavor and they offered many sauces to add on at the counter.  Service was fast and friendly with the order ready when I arrived and I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. I would have liked a little more chili on the burger, but I like that delicious messiness.

The food here is really good and the staff is nice

Way over priced. Over 8 dollars for a single cheeseburger with nothing on it. Ridiculous. Staff is rude and doesn't care. Food is average. Will not return.

I had never even heard of this place before. It's an upscale steak n shake! I was pretty impressed. Burgers and fries were great. All the drinks looked amazing but didnt get to try any of them. They have the super thin fries like steak n shake too

So im not going to lie and tell you this place is an original steak burger joint and there's nothing like it. Cause well you see, not only does it look like a steak and shake burger...it tastes and smells like one too. Its a glorified steak and shake...If you like a teak and shake, you'll love Freddie's steak burgers. N̈ÿ

Place needs cleaning thats for sure also a bit of updating. Burgers are good but nothing out of this world.

I would go back for the fries. Shoes string fries are the best!

They need to keep their custard more frozen, it melts immediately by the time you walk to the car. They rarely get your order correct., staff less than friendly young group with attitude. The girl working the drive thru yesterday real attitude.
