We love eating here and have been going since they opened. It never disappoints. Food is always so fresh and delicious. Husband gets the pizza and I get their pho. They boil the soup overnight and it’s such a clear bone broth with all the right flavor profiles. 10/10 recommend

If I could give Fresca Pizza and Pasta more stars, I would! The pizza? Mouthwatering, lip-smacking deliciousness that makes you question every pizza you’ve had before. Not only was my order ready before they promised (yes, they are pizza magicians), but they even helped me carry it out to my car because I ordered enough to feed a small village! The inside was super cute and clean too! Nice little bar area and everything, wish I had time to get a drink!! Seriously, these guys are so friendly and make sure you’re in pizza heaven before you even take the first bite. Hands down, best pizza experience in Bradenton. Fresca, you have my heart (and stomach)!

Pizza is sub par especially for the price. Pizza was really bland, No flavor. Wings were disgusting looking. It looks like someone just baked the wings and put sauce on them. They were a bright white color indicating that there was no seasoning put on them. This restaurant really just seems like a cash grab. Really hate doing this to a small business but maybe this will help them improve. It’s a few small pizza businesses near this one that are cheaper and have better tasting food.

I debated to give a 4 or a 5 star rating and I will explain why. This is a pizza and pasta restaurant but feel the owners need to remember the basics for the "Pasta" side of this business. They need to have at least a couple simple dishes that the average person may order. Not everyone will want goat cheese or wine sauce; things they may not be as familiar with. I suggest a " Build your own pasta" where the customer can pick their noodle, sauce, and meat.
With that said I will review the food. We ordered two different pizzas, a deluxe and a veggie. We had an order of cheese garlic bread and a customized pasta order with a creamy cheese sauce with grilled chicken. The owner was more than happy to make the pasta to our liking. The sauce was delicious but needed a little more of it. The chicken was moist and flavorful. I would say it was "crave worthy" for sure. The pizza and the bread is made fresh and hand tossed. The crust was very good. They make it thin enough that you do not feel like your eating a lot of dough with a little pizza! They had fresh toppings and plenty of cheese. The pizza and bread were cooked in a stone pizza oven and the crisp on the crust was perfect. The cheese garlic bread had plenty of cheese and is enough for four people to share. It does come with pesto sprinkles upon it but this is not written on the menu. They should ask customers if they would like pesto on their bread because not everyone likes it or expects it on cheese bread.
This restaurant has Vietnamese dishes offered and I will definitely try some in the future.
Over all, I say you should definitely give this one a try. The location is clean, the worker's were very nice and wanted you to be happy. Don't be afraid to request a change or a customized dish. They seem happy to do it. Sorry I forgot to take pictures.

Delicious food BUT DAMN IT'S EXPENSIVE!! Almost $30 PER PIZZA! But the pizza is very good, light, airy, fluffy, and flavorful. However, I don't think they'll be able to survive with Detwiler's next door which is selling the same pizza if not better, for more than half the price. Detwiler's pizza is the BEST for the PRICE, it's only $10 for a nice sized, shareable pizza. Fresca has good food though.
EDIT 9/6/2024- Went back and I'd say its not worth it anymore. Fresca is overly expensive and the service is questionable. For $28....walk you butt over to Detwiler's and get a pizza that's equally as good if not better than Fresca for more than half the price. It's like $10 for a personal pizza and the service is way better and faster. I still left two star on because the chicken wings are good but $15 for 10 wings is ludacris. Family vibe but that's a down side. Poor service and expensive prices. Detwiler's is also a family business......

The owners are so nice and the staff as well! The best pizza in town and very affordable.
Went here for the first time for some pizza, recommended by a family member. While the pizza is absolutely delicious, they tried to rip me off. The price advertised for an extra large pie was $22. The man tried to charge me $27 plus a 98 cent fee to use my card plus taxes. I literally had to show him the menu and the price listed. He then proceeded to tell me that their menu changed, attempted to call someone to confirm the price change then noticed halfway through that he entered the incorrect item into the system. I was finally given the stated menu price but it took me 15 minutes to make a simple order without being overcharged. For this reason, I will not be going back.

Best Pizza period!! My family ordered a white pizza with broccoli and chicken and it was absolutely delicious. If you have never had a white pizza before you have to try it. It’s my favorite but most pizza places don’t know how to make it or it simply doesn’t taste good if the do.
I like to support local restaurants and I’m so glad I found this place.

Great place with great food!!! We ordered the pizza special which was delicious and bread sticks. . My kids usually don’t eat much but they loved it and finished the whole pie with me and the bread sticks. Also the service is great and the staff is very friendly. One of the best pizza places if not the best I have had in Florida.
