BEST pho hands down in the Bradenton/Anna Maria Island area. Portions were fulfilling, atmosphere was great and the owners are welcoming and a local favorite. Their pizza was also phenomenal!..it has that thin sliced crunch that reminds you of a great NY pizza. Definitely my go to spot when I'm visiting. Will be back again!

Anyone who hasn’t been to Fresca, definitely try this place! Family owned, their food is delicious, fresh & clean and very comforting after a long day of work. Sunny’s pizza is the best (order in advance for after game dinner for your team!) and Tracy’s pho & summer rolls, Egg rolls are our family favorite. Their Vietnamese food is absolutely #1 in the Bradenton-Sarasota area!

The Pho was awesome as the broth was top notch, not a fan of the coolantro, and beef bullion liquid is NOT soy sauce. Get some Kikkoman at the very least and the five star is yours! The pepperoni 🍕 is good too, the crust is nice and you can get the pepperoni crispy too!

I was looking all over Bradenton for bun bo hue and Fresca has the best I have ever had! Life changing! The fusilly a la vodka was also fantastic.
I cant wait to come back and try more stuff. Seriously so good.

Can't complain about anything, we ate some good soups, the bowls were huge, although they cost around 20 bucks each. Nice, very strong coffee - enough for two days ;)
We love eating here and have been going since they opened. It never disappoints. Food is always so fresh and delicious. Husband gets the pizza and I get their pho. They boil the soup overnight and it’s such a clear bone broth with all the right flavor profiles. 10/10 recommend

If I could give Fresca Pizza and Pasta more stars, I would! The pizza? Mouthwatering, lip-smacking deliciousness that makes you question every pizza you’ve had before. Not only was my order ready before they promised (yes, they are pizza magicians), but they even helped me carry it out to my car because I ordered enough to feed a small village! The inside was super cute and clean too! Nice little bar area and everything, wish I had time to get a drink!! Seriously, these guys are so friendly and make sure you’re in pizza heaven before you even take the first bite. Hands down, best pizza experience in Bradenton. Fresca, you have my heart (and stomach)!

Pizza is sub par especially for the price. Pizza was really bland, No flavor. Wings were disgusting looking. It looks like someone just baked the wings and put sauce on them. They were a bright white color indicating that there was no seasoning put on them. This restaurant really just seems like a cash grab. Really hate doing this to a small business but maybe this will help them improve. It’s a few small pizza businesses near this one that are cheaper and have better tasting food.

I debated to give a 4 or a 5 star rating and I will explain why. This is a pizza and pasta restaurant but feel the owners need to remember the basics for the "Pasta" side of this business. They need to have at least a couple simple dishes that the average person may order. Not everyone will want goat cheese or wine sauce; things they may not be as familiar with. I suggest a " Build your own pasta" where the customer can pick their noodle, sauce, and meat.
With that said I will review the food. We ordered two different pizzas, a deluxe and a veggie. We had an order of cheese garlic bread and a customized pasta order with a creamy cheese sauce with grilled chicken. The owner was more than happy to make the pasta to our liking. The sauce was delicious but needed a little more of it. The chicken was moist and flavorful. I would say it was "crave worthy" for sure. The pizza and the bread is made fresh and hand tossed. The crust was very good. They make it thin enough that you do not feel like your eating a lot of dough with a little pizza! They had fresh toppings and plenty of cheese. The pizza and bread were cooked in a stone pizza oven and the crisp on the crust was perfect. The cheese garlic bread had plenty of cheese and is enough for four people to share. It does come with pesto sprinkles upon it but this is not written on the menu. They should ask customers if they would like pesto on their bread because not everyone likes it or expects it on cheese bread.
This restaurant has Vietnamese dishes offered and I will definitely try some in the future.
Over all, I say you should definitely give this one a try. The location is clean, the worker's were very nice and wanted you to be happy. Don't be afraid to request a change or a customized dish. They seem happy to do it. Sorry I forgot to take pictures.
