I eat here at least once a week. Their healthy food is unmatched and it’s fast, healthy, and most importantly it is so yummy!

The 6 bowl was perfection, spinach, arugula, green beans, basil mushrooms, chard, cabbage slaw, salmon were all so healthy and way better tasting than expected. And so good how the delicious citrus chicken and steak were well seasoned, flavorful but tender and cut into bite size pieces. More expensive than we could make at home but realistically the time and money would be wasted since we can't do it as well. We'll be ordering all that on repeat. But Especially the creamy white ginger sauce. Wish they'd sell it by the bottle. It was great dipping every bite in it of veggies & all the proteins. The balsamic vinaigrette & the kale sauces were good but too strong in flavor compared to the white ginger. Will be trying the carrots & brown rice & blackened chicken & cookies next.

I want to shout out Chef John Mosca. Today, an elderly lady came in with a cut on her arm and asked if she could get a bandaid. Not only did Chef tell her yes, he brought her a variety of bandages, sanitizer, and offered to put the bandage on the lady. The lady also was visiting from out of town and was lost. He sat down with her at the table and gave her turn-by-turn directions to her destination. He is always kind to customers every time we come in, but today was way above and beyond.

This experience was just as awesome as they usually are. I travel outside of Florida a lot and it always bums me out that Florida is the only place that has them, at least until I'm back in Florida. I will say that the green beans could be switch out for the sweet potatoes that they used to have and maybe bring down the extra charge for steak. But besides those slight discrepancies, fresh kitchen has always been amazing for me.

It is 9:10 pm and the chairs are already on top of tables ... the place closes at 9:35 pm. Who would want to order in such a repulsive and unwelcoming surroundings? Just change your hours to 9 pm and save us a trip.

I just left out of FK and I’m disappointed by the small portions of food. The workers barely fill the spoon up and if they do they wiggle food off of it and put it back. I got double broccoli and I only got a few pieces. FK is not cheap one bite. I won’t take away from the food being great but this is one thing that has me coming less and less. $20 for a bowl and you are skimping us with food? Come on! I’m not sure if I’ll keep coming back but I do hope something changes as this use to be my go to.

This was our first time sitting inside we ordered to go our first round and LOVED the food quality and flavors especially the gluten free! We love the variety of options the steak and chicken being our favorites, kale and arugula, cauliflower mash and the siracha sauce. The variety of fresh drinks is amazing, they are so refreshing, not overly sugary and just the right amount of flavor. The atmosphere is beautiful and fun decor, we love the roses on our tables and fresh mint seat color. We were so honored to be visited by one of the managing partners Jason who was personally visiting tables and asking about our experience. Super friendly, personable and fun to chat with. Our only areas that could've been better were the front line staff. We look for people who make eye contact, talk loud enough over the glass, smile, make sure they have your order right, smile, and just show a genuineness to serve the customer, thank you, anything else we can do etc. Perhaps walking around with to go boxes and bags to offer to those getting ready to wrap up and a drink to go. That is a bit of top notch service there. A little more of that and this place will rise above the rest with service and this excellent product! Overall enjoying trying the items on the menu and will be back!

This is a build your own bowl place- There are no vegan topping options besides veggies. No vegan proteins. We left and went to another place to find food.

Really good food.
The menu sounds a little boring, but when you're there and can see the ingredients it's a different story. I just picked what looked good, and it was fantastic. It's simple ingredients, but so well seasoned that the flavor was amazing.
Healthy, filling, worth the price.
I hadn't heard about this place until my friend took me there. Glad she did!
