Terrible experience. Pizza was just ok. Customer service horrible. I wanted to order pizza online, but online ordering was temporarily unavailable. So I called the restaurant and placed an order. I had a friend pick it up for me and he said that they charged around $33, which is almost $10 more than what I expected it to be according to the prices I saw on their website (Large pizza is around $19, I added $2 topping). I called to ask how much was what I ordered and instead of replying, they asked me how much he paid. When I told them the amount they said “Yeah that’s right”Very shady. When I told them that their prices don’t match ones on the website, they said “Ok”. Will not order anything from then again and I hope other people don’t either.

Be aware, this place is not Giovanni's Brooklyn pizzeria anymore, you go on Giovanni's website order based off their menu get there and they charge you twice as much and they tell you that it has changed 10 months ago, when you Google the new Brazilian pizzeria place nothing comes up. they are aware that it has changed and didn't do anything to correct the error, this is false advertisement

This place is under new ownership since late 2022. It now serves Brazilian style pizza. If you've never had Brazilian style pizza, you owe it to yourself to give it a try. The sourdough crust is thin but tender. The sauce has a robust tomato character with just the right amount of cheese. The toppings are not your usual American faire. We had minced garlic and fresh arugula (added after the pizza came out of the oven and slightly wilted from the heat of the pizza) on ours and it was delicious. We look forward to going back and trying some of other interesting combinations (hearts of palm with bacon, etc.)

If you want a real New York Supreme pizza, then this is the place to go. They also make a great white pizza.

This pizza place is under new ownership, very different than about 6 months ago , now is so clean and sanitary and the pizza is the best that I’ve tried , is a family business, excellent staff and environment , there are no appetizers or salads right now , but the good news is that you can find over 60 pizzas flavors ( wowww) and a very loaded baked potato , Brazilian pizza ? is so good and delicious, I’ll definitely back many and many times , thank u family My slice pizza !

We were told 45 minutes to an hour for delivery ended up being 2 hours. After an hour and a half I called them and they said 15 minutes and it was still another 30 minutes before they got here... their food is good but we've ordered from them three times and two times we had an issue with delivery on our order..l This last time was really bad, I ordered a sausage pepper and onion with extra cheese sub with no sauce. Well it finally got here and the sandwich was totally soggy with red sauce and no extra cheese. My son got a meatball sub which was actually totally soggy as well.. way too much sauce.

Good staff. I got the biggest size pizza and the price was fair. My pizza was not as good as other Italian shops in my opinion but not bad. I did rush to order something so I didn't really look at the entire menu. I'm going to go back for something different. I feel this location is worth another experience

Driver arrived to tell me the order was not received and another business was there in its place and thar i had to call and make a new order. I had to make another order through new business. Tried to call their number but it is the same as new company so that went nowhere...

I ordered a Brazilian style pizza from their menu. It was delicious, made really well, and was loaded.I wasn't sure what to get, but they were friendly and showed me some examples. I wish they had more pictures.If you don't mind spending a bit($30), they have some pretty interesting pizzas. You can have each half with different toppings so you can try different styles.

Purchased a 20.99 xl pizza on the night before Thanksgiving. It was ice cold when I picked it up. I was told 1/2 hour I got there in 20 minutes. I ordered a margherita pizza xl. $20.25 on menu. Was charged $30 plus change and it was smaller then a large pie by far. When I complained about the price the person showed me a different menu. It had whole plum tomatoes (cold) on it and regular mozzarella instead of fresh mozzarella. I am Italian and from NY! Disgusted as were my Italian in laws.

The cheese pizza was undercooked an taste like doughy plastic. The meatball special was awful. Think of a diner serving meatballs in the 1980s and you get the general idea. The Tiramisu must have been spoiled and I believe it went from frozen to plate. This was a delivery order. The only good thing about the meal is I forgot to order a salad. God knows what that tastes like.

Excellent Pizza. We were disappointed the 1st time but the taste was wonderful the pizza was stragely shaped and only filled 60% of the box. Weird but true. Owner said it was not supposed to be delivered to us it was a mistake pizza.So glad we tried them again as it was perfect! The crust is awesome and a traditional thinish pie. Our new pizza place!
