Holy guacamole. Just kidding. I didn't have any guacamole. But the burger I had was absolutely out of this world!!! I had the Jaffe burger with Brussel sprouts and a Lavender Tea.Absolutely amazing. Brussel sprouts were cooked to perfection. Bread on the Jaffe burger was crisp and flaky, and the texture on the patty was thorough, consistent and it was even juicy too! Top it off with their homemade seasoning and aioli, you might forget you're eating a vegan burger.So...
