Not good at all. Food is tasteless. Compared to all the other Korean bbqs I have had this is easily the worst and then they have the audacity to charge $31 per person
What a fun experience. We selected both the Hot Pot and the Korean BBQ options and loved both! All ingredients were fresh, served promptly, and prepared perfectly (yes, you cook your own...). They have a well-stocked sauce bar to make your own creations, and a minimal selection of kimchi style munchies. The boba was as expected...good ( basic milk tea)! Topping it all off, the service was great...fast and friendly with a grill plate change any time we needed it. Our server was a young man with a tattoo on his forearm ( mm maybe a rosary)...I missed his name but he deserves a shout-out! Great evening out, Hong!
Different, we liked it.
My favorite dinner place in the area. Delicious food, wonderful atmosphere, and very kind and attentive staff. For being a BBQ place, they have extensive vegetarian options, which are just as delicious as the headliners. HIGHLY recommend the steak marinated in the house sauce for BBQ and the tofu fish skins for hotpot (specifically in the tomato-based broth.) If you’re lucky, you might even see the robot server rolling around! 10/10, cannot sing their praises enough!!
We tried this restaurant today, we had very high expectations based on the reviews. We did BBQ only. The service was amazing and the atmosphere was great but the food was awful! We eat at kpot a lot so comparatively kpot wins for food at the same price point. The red meat was awful very chewy, and very very fatty, and tasted like freezer burn. We got the beef bulgogi both spicy and regular very chewy, had a good flavor but the fat and chewiness was a huge turn off. We tried a little of each kind of steak, taste was of ground beef and freezer, and you could tell the meat was the meat we all see with red dye to make it look better, the steak was super fatty and had freezer burn vibes. The chicken looked as though it was from the freezer with the little lines you get in the meat when it is freezer burned and was also very chewy. The shrimp also tasted of freeezer burn. I get it’s an all you can eat so I do expect some fattier meats but this was over kill cheap. With that being said again the service was amazing and quick, but we will not eat here again, next time we will drive the extra 30 minutes to kpot and get fresher, tastier, better cuts of meat. We did have high hopes but the food was a bust. I would 100% pay a little more for better quality less fatty meat.
I was there a couple of time my favorite is hot pot with the mushroom soup
This place is overhyped. I went with my husband because it was the hotpot place with the best reviews but it ended up disappointing us. The soup was mid, the bbq stuff was okay and the sauce bar was underwhelming. I ordered a watermelon smoothie and it tasted like coconut mix with papaya or something weird. Overall not the best. Out serve was super nice tho 👍🏻
So much fun! A great date night idea. Randy was super helpful for first-timers. Beautiful atmosphere!
One of the best Hotpot places I've ever been to.... other than taipei, taiwan.

I arrived 11:02PM to kiss the locked doors.... if it closes at 11, then the hours need to be adjusted. Absolutely disappointing...

Went for my son’s birthday. Was a group of 4. Didn’t know how this restaurant works. After we was sit, the server explained everything. I noticed I didn’t like anything on the menu, I know it’s a little bit of my fault because didn’t do a research on how’s the restaurant works. I told the server that I wasn’t eating anything because it wasn’t for me, he told the manager and she came to our table. She still charged me for the all you can eat. Her way to do things better was giving me a 15% discount, even when I didn’t eat anything. The rest of my group really enjoyed but I didn’t eat and still got charged. I just paid and left, because I don’t want to ruin my son’s birthday. But I really think I should’ve charged just for being sitting there. The server felt bad about the situation and apologized, told him wasn’t his fault, he did an amazing job.
This Hong is great! I just don't know how to choose between the tampa location or this one

Great place to bring friends and family! The food is okay, I've had better for cheaper prices. However, the atmosphere is good for bringing friends.
