Absolutely wonderful customer service. Patrick, Esther and Kelly went above and beyond to take care of some lost and wayward out of towners. We even had a golf cart called for us to go to our destination afterwards, driven by Bridget who took the scenic route!This is the kind of customer service that was much needed after a hectic day. Above and beyond is an understatement.
Hotel was nice and new , room accommodations modem furnishing. Comfortable beds and pillows. Restaurant had a small but good menu. Food tasted good and breakfast was great too. As it had a variety of choices. Check in and check out was easy. Loved how close it is to IMG Academy. Perfect location to this academy. The only thing I can add is maybe put some complimentary water in the mini fridge for guest. As I arrived thirsty it was hot and was looking for water in the room. There...
