I sat and waited for 15minutes, and no one came to ask me to order. Even on a Tuesday afternoon, there weren't many customers. It feels like that they hope I'll leave on my own.

Severs are nice and attentive. I like this location because I do work while drinking coffee for a bit, and it has a slow period like most restaurants where I'm not taking up space during a rush time. The lighting is too dark for my taste, but maybe some people like it.

Horrible service, if I could rate this place with negative starts, I would give it 5 minus. The service at this place totally sucks! My wife and I waited an hour our food never came we had to leave. There was no apology or explanation why. I have been to many IHOPS restaurants across the US but never with such poor service and attitude like this one. This place should not be allowed to be in business.

Twas the night before Thanksgiving, Jennifer (S) was our amazing server and LaTara (S) was our amazing cook. LaTara was in the dining room helping to clear tables, She stopped by and asked how our food was tasting and we both said it was absolutely 💯% amazing ! 👏 and I said please tell the cook how very pleased with our meal is. She said thankfully, that she cooked it, and how passionate she is about the food she cooks and how she loves her job. She was telling the truth without a doubt. My Avocado Bacon burger was just as ordered medium rare and had the perfect sear crust. It looked like a magazine picture. The fries were so good too. My Son had the chicken finger platter and that was as well amazing. The store was so clean and fresh smelling. We went back today as well. I had the same burger. It was also good, but LaTara made it so much better. 10 stars to the night shift ! See you girls soon. You've earned some new customers. The crew on both shifts are so good. Our second visit , our server was so nice I can't remember her name but she is a person with Reall tatooed on her throat. Such a good server. 👍

Horrible experience terrible service, ate at several ihops this one by far avoid the men’s bathroom had piss overflowing from the toilet, the woman’s had poop all over the floor the server holly was not even there she brought our drinks then disappeared as we saw the food sit in the window for 15 mins, no refills, food sucked and don’t get me started on the food all over the floor absolutely terrible, if you want drugs this is the place to come

I’ve been waiting for over 20 mins to order food to then have someone come in behind me and get seated and she half way took my order in still waiting….. so i can’t tell you hire the food is
The service was much slower than in the past. The server seemed to be mostly alone and was overwhelmed. The restaurant was much busier than in the past (good) They need more staff .
