Finally a fantastic Donut � back in Sarasota homemade and delicious last time Sarasota had a delicious homemade donuts was in the 70s On Bee Ridge ( by Zayres) Thank you Jacks Donuts

I went to try the famous donuts but was simply disappointed and wanted to run out of the store. The worst service I have ever had in my life. The attendant was an older lady, very rude, she wouldn't let me finish my order and would interrupt me very rudely. They didn't have any drinks other than black coffee. When I read the bad reviews about the service, I didn't imagine that in practice it was worse. I will never go back. The donuts weren't bad but I confess that I lost all enthusiasm for eating them.

I used to love Dunkin doughnuts! But since Jack’s I can never go back! Their coffee is always a hit! It was always a hit or miss with DD. Ms Vickie is so sweet! And another Lady Gwen.She is a morning person like me. The very first time I came she made sure my coffee had the right amount of cream and sugar before I left? And reminded me of the days! That you get free donuts with your coffee! But I’m not going to spill the beans! Go and check them out✌????❤️

Good selection of donuts. Worker was not friendly at all. No small talk at all, even when trying to initate it. Didn’t have any patience when trying to select donuts. Charge included a 4% service fee. When I asked what it was, she said it was for using the machine. Wasn’t posted anywhere and when I asked about it, she said (everyone does it). When I said I don’t (I also have customer facing businesses), she brushed it off with an unnecessary comment. When I tried to print my receipt, she hit a button so the screen went away. I said, “I needed my receipt”. She acted put out that she needed to print one for me. Will find another place for donuts if I ever visit this area again.

Giant tasty donuts! Need work on portion of filling...so much filling that it poured out of donut and still overfilled, made it difficult to eat.

Went this morning at 9:30. Donut and Kolache my kids got were stale. Bottled drink we grabbed tasted weird. When we stopped and looked it was expired. Date was March 2024.

My first time here and I believe the donuts were good, but nothing special. I would never return because I felt the lady behind the counter was very rude. When I am spending money somewhere, I will not accept any rudeness. I felt she was a rude with her tone , so I would not go back because of that.

I honestly can't believe some of the bad reviews others have written about Jack's Donuts. My fiancé brought home a half dozen delicious donuts this morning, and they are the best I've ever had. Just one is filling enough! They're running a summer promotion and our ½ dozen donuts only cost us $10. Excellent value for how big the donuts are, and great flavors! The woman at the counter was very kind and gave us a nice assortment of delicious flavors. We will be back for sure!

My daughter brought me donuts from her trip to Bradenton. (We live in Palm Coast) As a New Castle, IN native I know when a store makes good Jack’s Donuts. Not all IN stores do. ? But my donuts from the FL store was exceptional. The size was perfect. The texture was spot-on. I had a sour cream cake donut and a blueberry donut, my only suggestion is more glaze. But that didnt stop me from wanting more! Great job, Jack’s FL!
