Jacks Donuts of Florida

The donuts were average, nothing to write home about. The customer service on the other hand was atrocious. I was there at 6:30 am, no one else was in waiting in the store. I ordered dozen donuts but before ordering, I mentioned they were going to teachers in 2 different classes and wondered if I could have them in separate boxes. The lady (an older woman) was clearly put off by this request and said all they had were the large boxes for orders of that size. She put all in one box and when I was checking out I asked if I could have an extra empty box and I’d separate the donuts for the classes. Once again she huffed, and was completely annoyed, lecturing me on how donut boxes were expensive. I would have probably been willing to even pay extra for the additional cardboard box but her attitude was just so aggressive about it. Instead I told her to forget about it and I left with my box of donuts.

Although their donut shop is close in proximity to my house, in the future I will drive down to UTC and for 5-0 donuts and avoid terrible customer service at Jacks.

Twice I’ve shown up at 8:30am and they’ve been out of donuts? If you can get your hands on them though they are good though.

Jack’s donuts are THE best donuts I have ever had. They should put Dunkin’ Donuts out of business!! Excellent customer service great people and great donuts and coffee!! Five stars all around!!

Wow!! Went to grab a dozen for kid’s b-day at 6:05 am and the shelves were full of the biggest, best donuts I’ve ever had. Service was friendly and will be heading back to support these wonderful folks.

Great service. Thank you to the employee who offered an extra box for my kindergartner to use when carrying in donuts for her entire class to enjoy! She was excited to share but would have had a tough time carrying one box and two bags. Really appreciate the consideration.

My first visit, I went to the drive through, I order 2 apple fritters, the woman greeted me with I only have one, I'll take I respond. Every donut I wanted 2 of she would reply, I only have 1... lol I get my donut choices, coffee and extra napkins , oh of course my husband called hust as I pulled up and finished ordering...*Where are you ? I went around 11am on a Saturday. Antonio waited on me. He could not be nicer. My first time there. Selection of donuts looked delicious. I walk with a cane and purchased two small boxes and he offered and brought to my car for me. One box was for my brother for his birthday and Antonio boxed the 3 donuts separately for me.. later I got home and tried the jelly donut, my favorite and it was the best I've ever had. I hope this location gets the business it deserves. It is not near other businesses. Im going to try their Pizza next,for sure.

Walked in at 12:30, and was immediately greeted with “we’re sold out!” What does that even mean? Your entire store? All the food you have? Not even a “sorry!” I hate this city.

(I am adding a note that I am reviewing Jack’s Donuts- I don’t know anything about Antonio’s Pizza which is not there) Ordinary to blah. The only donut that I enjoyed was the Apple fritter. To be CLEAR, the fritters are not considered donuts. They are extra. My half dozen contained two fritters driving the price up to $17.50 from the posted $12. I would recommend the fritter; can’t say the same for the doughnuts.
