I have to be honest and say that after reading reviews I was a bit skeptical about coming here, but I’m glad we decided to go for it because not only was the boba really good, so was the ramen! We had the veggie and the curry ramen and both of them had plenty of flavor and were incredibly delicious. Reviews can be quite subjective when it comes to everyone’s taste but this was really good and I already can’t wait to come back! Service was also friendly and welcoming!Dietary restrictions: They do have vegan options!

Got food poisoning and they refused to give me a full refund. Terrible customer service no apology, no sympathy. If you are used to good Ramen (from south Florida or other states like NY or Ca) don’t waste your time… or money. When I said their Tonkotsu ramen made me sickkkkk I was terribly sick all night and in the morning and when I called, all he did was chastise me for not calling sooner… he told me I had to come in the store in order to get a refund (45 min drive) then when I asked to just read my info to him he said it was fine and it worked out??? Like? Then when I asked if I would get a full refund (2 bowls), instead of saying “I’m sorry, no only one bowl made you sick” he said “why would I give you a refund for both?!” Then when I explained about customer service (I have worked three restaurants and am a food reviewer ik with experience) he argued with me and finally I said “sir I don’t want to argue I just was answering your question, it’s fine”. No sympathy, no apology. Just defensive and argumentative after spending all night sick. Terrible I would not recommend.

For their tonkotsu ramen, they use hakata-style noodles and for shoyu, they use different noodles, so it tells you that they’re somewhat authentic. I wish I could choose how the hakata-style noodles are cooked, like it needs to be cooked less time anyway, and the tonkotsu soup, it’s not rich enough, but overall, it was better than anywhere I’ve been so far.The staff were nice and kind, their takoyaki was really good.I will definitely go back to try another bowl of ramen next time.

Shannon was our server and she was fab. She recommended a honeydew milk tea (I was skeptical) but it was amazing!! Also had a Thai milk tea, shrimp/veg tempura, 2 kinds of Korean corn dogs and a tonkotsu ramen - it was all delicious. I think this just turned into my new fav pregnancy craving spot. 10/10 ?? I’ll be back this weekend for sure.

Tonkotsu ramen was good. Broth could have been more savory. Also had pork dumplings and shrimp tempura. Dumplings were good. Tempura dipping sauce could have been better with more dashi and less soy sauce. Service was good. Passable and not over the top.

They weren't lying, literally 10 minutes after i ate it i had to pull over and shit at a near-by restaurant. & then had the shits for the rest of the day. Also i hate when restaurants serve shrimp, and don't clean it. The service was nice though.
This isn't it. Tried 2 dishes. Tonkotsu Ramen - pork was raw and no flavor to broth. Noodles texture was way off Chicken katsu curry with white Rice - curry sauce was watered down, barely any carrots, no potatoes either Service was ok. Ambiance was inviting but my main goal was food as I was starving. Sorry guys - no hard feelings.

Finally a Ramen place!My family and I went there last weekend as. We have been waiting for it to open. The interior was super cute and well decorated. Our server unfortunately I forgot her name was excellent and extremely attentive and gave good recommendations. I have a feeling people will comment on the price, but with rising cost of everything, I find that their prices are pretty in tune with all the surrounding restaurants. Will definitely be going back again. The food was absolutely delicious.

They advertise fluffy pancakes, only on weekends. I waited all week to go. Called ahead to make sure they had them, they told us and yes they don’t open until 12 even though their Facebook ad said 11. So waited all morning to go to this place because I wanted to try it. We try to order some and they said they don’t do it anymore even though they have the fluffy pancake ad right where you order food. I said, we called ahead. They said sorry, the guy that does it isn’t here, and they offered us something else.So they changed their excuse from “we don’t make it anymore” to “the person isn’t here today that does it.” So I felt lied to at the register, we were lied to on the phone, and obviously their ads are lying too they are advertising something they don’t have.

I called an hour ahead to ask if they sold the soft fluffy pancakes and was told they DO. When I got there the cashier said they do not make them anymore. I proceeded to inform her I called ahead to make sure they did and was told yes. I even pointed out that they still have the pancakes sign right next to the register. She ended up going to the back to double check, they said they didn’t anymore.How disappointing!
