Jersey Brothers Pizza & Pasta

Tasty pizza! The ingredients, meat, and roll used for the Cheesesteak were very good, but the sandwich itself was entirely too salty in the center as though someone made a mistake and poured a bunch of salt by accident. We were sharing the sandwich, but couldn’t finish and had to throw it away. Unfortunately there’s only can and bottled drinks in a cooler, so no fountain drink refills or ice for dine in customers. Other than that, Nice location and nice service.

Everything there has been amazing so far. Grew up in NJ this is the best I have found in FL. You will be happy!

Update 2021 they have a limited menu. It's all amazing but, we, as a community, need to do our part, to help Jersey Brother's, Bring Back the Eggplant!

The best in town needs to return!

Still the best by leaps and bounds. One of these in Venice or downtown Sarasota, especially, would shut it down! No other place could touch them! This location is excellent just not as close as I would dream of.

The sauce is done right, fresh herbs, bright with the right balance of salty and sweet! Crust prefect, as it should be! Well well done?

If only there were more of this place! We would be much better off, as Sarasota county if we had more pizza joints like this.

Keep up the good work and consider downtown Sarasota!

This was the second time we tried this restaurant, the first time it wasn’t great but we thought we would give it another try since we live less than 2 miles away. Well we’re so sorry we did! This evening’s pizza was just awful. We got the “meat lovers “ and the bacon tasted like those nasty beacon bits loaded with preservatives, the sausage and pepperoni they use is average, not great quality. Maybe they lost electricity and the toppings were compromised? Not sure but we only ate a slice and we feel sick.
I waited for the pizza so it was hot, but that was the only positive thing about it. The pizza was so bad we ended up throwing it in the trash, it was so greasy and gross no chance we would like it anymore tomorrow.

Jersey Brothers is back !! Finally got bought by good owners, Joe and Vito are great, took my cousin from Rome there today, said it was the best American Style italian pizza he ever had, as pizza is different in Italy. Complements guys, being from NJ, loves your pies !!

Really good Jersey/NYC style pizza. We have had just about every pizza place around, and there’s a lot of good places, but what makes this one stand above the rest is the dough. You can tell it’s homemade with good consistency and flavor. I would say it’s similar to Marina’s on SR64 but with much better dough.

First time picked up some chicken bacon ranch pizza on the way home. Now I agree it's hard to judge a place on a speciality pizza however I promise you after trying this pizza I will be back for the boardwalk to see what they're all about at its foundation. Florida pizza is what it is. You'll never find NY or New Haven or Chicago pie down here but this is as close as it gets to true, authentic, make you want to slap your mama good pizza. Highly reccomend anyone in the manatee/sarasota county to make the trip.
