Kale absolutely crushed — several people in front of us but barely had to wait at all due to her speed & precision on the deli slicer and building our sandwiches. Honestly was entertaining as hell to watch! Sandwiches were delicious as hell, with the perfect ratio of toppings to sauces. Thank you Kale! This gal definitely deserves a raise.

i usually don’t come to this location but i stopped in before i had to go to work . there were 2 employees working , they don’t welcome the guest when they come in they both had attitude. and the young black lady cashing people out couldn’t even tell the customer who was eating in your store that there food was ready . i myself waiting for my food for about 15-20 minutes had to tell the couple there food was ready . this is horrible customer service!!
just want to point out that i came in at 6:08 to get my sister a takeout order. Kailin(who’s pictured) was who took care of me and im sorry but there’s no need for her to roll her eyes at me and give me an attitude when im the customer let alone has to repeat my order bc somehow everytime they hear tomato out of mayonnaise. i got #17 all the way add mayo lettuce and cpr sauce. not hard to understand and have to repay it when you’re right in front of me. let alone when she brings the sandwich she slams it on the counter with a attitude. do better bc that’s not how customer service works. the other employee with her was way nicer. i work in customer service and never would do that to someone who’s a paying customer.
Unfortunately, Jersey Mike’s at UTC messed up my Uber eats delivery order. No big deal. The bag was sealed very tightly when I receive the order. My issue was when I called Jersey Mike’s to let them know that I was missing my kids food, instead of getting an apology all I got was a rude lady quoting “that’s a third-party and we can’t help you. You have to call Uber eats”. She obviously didn’t care because it’s a third party but I’m still a customer. Anyways, uber eats apologized and refunded me right away. Mistakes happen but take accountability. A simple apology goes along way :)
The customer service here is absolutely horrific. I couldn’t have been more dissatisfied.

I have to give credit to Kale and Lady for providing excellent service for my first ever visit to Jersey Mike's. The sandwiches are great and made with fresh ingredients. 5/5 will return again.

Part 1: I ordered delivery from this store tonight through uber eats. Right before I ordered I called ahead to tell the store I wanted swiss cheese instead of provalone since the uber site dosent allow you to change cheeses. The lady who answered, I am not sure if they were a manager or not, seemed annoyed by my call. I told her I would be getting double swiss cheese on my sandwich. She said I cant do that, I have to do a pickup order if I want double cheese. Then I said but it allows me to put extra cheese on the sandwich. Apparently there is a difference between double cheese and extra cheese that I was unaware of. She then told me I could have just put swiss cheese into the details section of the order. But there is no details section on uber for this item for jersey mikes. Anyways, it was a less than pleasent experience but I didnt say anything.
Part 2: My driver arrived at my house with the drink I ordered but he did not have the sandwich. He forgot to pick it up from your store. He told me he was going to go to the store to pick it up and then come back. Come to find out my driver canceled the order on me. I decided to call your store to inform the lady I spoke to of the issue and tell her I was going to order another sandwich from Uber again. I double checked with her that they will make a fresh sandwhich since its a new order I am putting in (I didnt want a soggy mess), she became even more aggrivated and said "yes we will make a new sandwhich, we don't do that, we'll throw the old sandwich away and it will be wasted". I was thinking to myself, wow, I cant believe this person is acting like that. Well, they upset me and I told them I would leave a google review and contact the owner. She said she is going to contact the owner too. I can see the owner reads and responds to these so I just wanted to tell you... do not buy the rouze this staff member gives you. This person has an attidude problem that you don't know about. I wont be ordering from this place again because of them. And I've probably bought atleast 100 subs from you guys since you opened.

I eat at all the Jersey Mikes from Tampa to Port Charlotte. This one has by far the quickest service. Kale and Lady are what Jersey Mikes needs at all their locations. The two of them get done what 4 crew members can’t at the other locations.
