I really can't say enough good about the employees at this location.

I went in - at lunch rush - with my food allergies... And they were SO kind and helpful. They made sure to avoid cross contamination and were cheerful about it.

My sandwich was fresh and absolutely perfect.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch. We are regular Jersey Mike’s customers. We usually frequent the one closer to us in Bradenton. Today, we decided on this location and it was a good decision. They made my wife and I two fantastic sandwiches. The problem was, when I opened my sandwich, it hit the floor, and I went to go order another one. It was my fault, and I wasn’t expecting a remake, but the young lady was very courteous and made me another one and even brought it to the table. They didn’t make me pay for the second sandwich. You just can’t fake great service like this.

This is the cleanest Jersey Mikes we have ever been to. To all other Jersey Mikes locations in the area, please take note:

✅ Tables already clean when you walk in
✅ Prep area spotless and organized
✅ Staff seen making sure areas are clean
✅ Floors clean
✅ Customer service oriented. The person behind the counter didn’t just stare at us waiting for us to order. She was friendly and attentive.

Walked in wanted to try an Italian cause it’s normally just steak and cheese for me. The lettuce was brown I told the guy before even making my sandwich his reply was well this is what they give us…. Won’t be back to this store walked out. No one gives a crap there then I’m not eating at the place.
