Ordered the 12 box containing 4 different sub . None of the 12 subs were labeled as to which was which so had to open all to see who got what . Ordered 4 additional subs without lettuce and tomato. None were labeled and ALL had lettuce and tomato and onion . Food was good but will not return because of poor merchandizing .

Usually pretty good. My wife went in to get a couple subs for dinner. Unfortunately they only had white bread left. But the biggest issue was that it was over baked. Tasted as though it had been sitting out all day. My wife ordered us large subs. They are not cheap. What a waste. I had to throw both subs in the trash. $38.00 in the trash.

Was here with my kids (4 of us) on January 4, 2024 around 12:30 ish. We had an excellent experience all around. There was a woman and a man working, both extremely helpful and cheerful, the woman was especially welcoming. Food was fantastic, place was clean. You don’t often walk out of somewhere saying how nice the people were. 5 stars!

The University park is the worst Jersey Mike's location and the only one that I have encountered persistent problems with service. On my last two trips I arrived only to find my order (made 15 minute earlier) had not even been started. I don't know if this location is understaffed, inadequately trained or just incompetent.

I had to wait an hour for my online order to be ready. Not ideal.

There doesn't seem to be any sense of urgency in this store. The line was 10 deep when we got there. It took us 15 minutes to order. Then another 10 minutes for them to start the order. We watched the 2 (actually 1) people work through the online orders. The staff was very pleasant, but the place was clearly understaffed or wrong staffed. There were only 2 people working at the time. One of them would prefer to chat with customers than make sandwiches. It was agonizing. Even people that made online orders had to wait. This was all around 2:30 in the afternoon so past the lunch rush. Even people waiting in line gave up and left. Management really needs to add more people to each shift or if there are only 2 people in the shop make sure they are both highly competent. The sandwiches were really good, but it shouldn't take more than 30 min.

More worried about filling online orders at lunch time then the growing line of people trying to order. One of the worst examples of one of my favorite lunchtime places.

Had an excellent turkey and provolone sandwich today! Everything is sliced fresh and made to order. Delicious and filling. Service was great. The crew member , Lady, had such a wonderful disposition, and she was super welcoming and friendly! Definitely recommend stopping by next time you have a sub sandwich craving. Be sure to sign up for the app on your phone and you can get points for purchases too, plus they will add coupons to your account on various occasions!

I really can't for the life of me understand the interaction I experienced yesterday at this place. It was September 2nd 2023. Mid afternoon.I walked in and I was greeted by a blank 100 yard stare from the man behind the counter who ceased his sandwich making to engage in this form of social intimidation. The staring continued as I approached him, and just at the moment where I came close enough to have a reasonable "Hi, how are you?"-type conversation, his gaze immediately shot back to the sandwich he should have been focusing on originally, clearly satisfied in his intimidation, and began helping the customer who was awkwardly awaiting the end of this embarrassment.I scanned the menu, and saw that the prices have been raised. $18 for a large Philly cheesesteak is unreasonable, at the quality levels being provided especially. I decided to leave. As I began walking away, I heard a loud, audible "tschk!" sound come from the guy in the counter. I really can't begin to understand why he would be mad that I was leaving after laboring so hard to make me feel unwelcome, I'd think he'd rejoice. It just left me with questions.I went to Charlie's on Tuttle and Ringling and got a footlong Philly made with daily shaved ribeye for $12 and change.Look, you guys can charge insane prices if you want to, but stop hiring brats if you actually expect people to pay that kinda money. Something's gotta give here. I don't mind paying $12 for a bratty attitude-made Philly, but I do mind at $18. If you don't want bratty kids like this working for you I suggest you include a more efficient employee auditing system to reduce productivity lags and to offer better compensation so as to attract better employment candidates.P.S. to business owner - please do not reply to this just to tell me to go to follow a link to your website and place my review there. If you care enough to try and fix this problem you will report it yourself, or you can contact your uppers and tell them to start reading google reviews so your customers dont have to do your work for you/type the same thing twice in two different places.

I feel bad for anyone who hasn’t experienced the sandwich that Trenton made for me today. I took the first bite and set the sandwhich down just so that I could process that this was a Jersey mikes sub. I get the Chipotle Philly Cheesesteak every time I go to jerseys Mike’s and this was the first time I went after moving to Sarasota, and it is criminal how much higher quality the sub was that I just ate. I almost didn’t eat my cookie after because I wasn’t sure if I was ready to abandon the taste from that masterpiece. I just saw someone else left a 1 star review for the cheesesteak being too expensive now. I was thinking the same thing before I absolutely exterminated my sub and I can tell you with a straight face that I’d toss $20 without flinching for the giant chipotle cheesesteak Trenton made today. Trenton, I hope the rest of your work day is chill, please know if I never have another Philly cheesesteak in my life I’d be able to die a happy man because of the work you did in that jersey mikes today.
