The worst Jersey Mikes I’ve ever been too. We were not offered the type of bread because they only had one type and it was stale. They are very stingy with the meats, they put about half what other stores put.

I had a disappointing experience at Jersey Mike's recently. The female employee who took my order had a terrible attitude, as if we were inconveniencing her by being there. She was unhelpful and rude, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. I didn’t catch her name, but I saw her leave in a gray Honda. It’s unfortunate because I used to enjoy their food, but I won’t be returning after this encounter. Customer service matters!

my boyfriend and i just came in and the workers messed up both of our orders :/ He ordered a sub with no cheese and it had cheese on it. I ordered a sub with the rosemary bread and they gave me regular white bread. we were in a hurry, otherwise I would have had no problem asking for the order to be remade. just disappointed altogether

Above and beyond customer service like I experienced just now should be recognized.
I placed an in store pick up today during lunch and just as I pulled in to grab my food my toddler fell asleep in the back seat.
I called the store and begrudgingly asked if someone could run my bag out to the car to avoid waking my daughter up.
Jake, who answered the phone not only took care of this for me but made it obvious from his tone and demeanor that it wasn't a bother for him at all.
I cant explain how much this gesture saved my day.

Worst subs ever. I'm from Jersey and these aren't authentic by any means. This is my 4th time trying these guys bc the website claims they're Jersey original. Well they're not. You get more bread than actual substance. Aaaaaaand they add stuff not in the descriptions. Awful food. Third rate. Go to Wawa for authentic Jersey/ Philly food. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

We stopped in on a whim and are so glad we did! We had to wait quite a bit because there were several online orders before us, which was no problem. The man, who must have been the manager, was training and working like crazy. He was super apologetic and very nice. The sandwiches were totally worth the wait. Absolutely filled with good stuff and so tasty. We will be back!
Vegetarian options: They can make any veggie combo. The Portobello is so delicious!
