Follow instructions, per the CUSTOMER! You are not doing Thoracic Surgery! Ok, We have ordered 4 different times now since opening. EVERY time, the order has been wrong. This is placing the order in person! It doesn't matter how the order is placed, it will be wrong, EVERY SINGLE TIME! Giving 1 star for quality of meats. Little to zero customer service. We have given this place 4 chances. We will take our money elsewhere. Invest in TRAINING & CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Have been coming to this location since they opened and I can't say that I have had a bad sandwich yet. Everything is fresh, tasty and it is nice to see them cut each slice of meat and cheese right in front of you. I typically get the same sandwich, while my wife has been more adventurous and has tried several different ones, all of which she has enjoyed. I would totally suggest this location to anyone looking for a good, quality and tasty sandwich!

Ever since this location opened, we have started to think that Jersey Mike's not only raised their prices but shrunk the "regular subs" as well. Staff there always pleasant. Place very clean. However, 3 different times we got hot subs and I don't think they are even 6in. Not to mention there is wayyyyy more bread than protein or veggies. Im typically biting into cheese , sauce & bread after 3rd bite. This time around, i saw only 1 red pepper slice in my entire sandwich and no green. So not sure they even add those anymore either. $10 for less than a 6in sub is just ridiculous. Sadly this starting to be the norm.

I walked in and spoke to the 3 young fellas working tonight. Around 720pm, neither of them acknowledged me nor spoke back, I assumed it was because they were busy fixing sandwiches although I was the only person in the restaurant, anyway I proceeded to wait to see if they would ask to take my order, they didn’t, a few seconds later a white man walked in and they immediately addressed him and let him know they would be with him shortly. Completely overlooked me and still did not say anything to me. I walked out because i could not believe what I just experienced. The blatant disrespect and obviously they didnt address or acknowledge me because I looked a certain way. I DARE management to play the cameras back to see exactly what I am talking about. I will never set foot into this Jersey Mike’s again

This establishment is so clean, tidy, and overall fantastic! The workers who helped us were kind, polite, and quick to take and make our order! 10/10. Whoever owns/manages this place, reward the employees who were there on Dec 16th at around 8:30pm. They’re rockstars.

Delicious and followed all instructions to the T. The Italian with mustard and hot chopped relish and the Cheesesteak on Whole Wheat Delivery service was right on time.
First time at this new location & overall, very nice. Clean & good food. Staff could be friendlier, no greeting at the door & neither associate acknowledged we walked in the door, until they were ready to serve us. The one thing I have noticed about each location is that they handle the online & phone orders as they come in, instead of handling the people in the store first. Wish that would change. Other than that, it's fast & good.

Everytime I come in you guys somehow make the most basic sandwiches wrong. I just got home from ordering a chicken bacon ranch to find there’s no bacon on the sandwich. How do you mess that up it’s literally in the name. You guys need you train ur staff better, not to mention I waited at least 7 minutes before being greeted because the online orders seemed to be more important than the in person orders.
