EVERY SINGLE time I order from here something in my order gets screwed up. No one pays attention to orders. Don’t order online for delivery. They will quote you 45 minutes then send it to door dash and 2 hours later you might get your pizza or the store will forget about it and have to remake everything and send it back out door dash.

I placed an order online, intending it to be for delivery, and included a 20 percent tip for the driver. Later, I realized I had actually selected the pickup option instead. When I went to pick up the order, I asked the person at the counter if they could remove the tip since it was originally intended for the delivery driver. The cashier gave me a disapproving look and responded with some attitude. Oh, my bad for not leaving a tip for simply handing me the bag. Clearly, my mistake for thinking the 20 percent tip was meant for the delivery driver who, you know, actually delivers. And the pizza was charred on top.

Waited 20 minutes for a slice and once they finally gave me the slice it didn’t have the toppings that I asked for and paid for. Garbage!!! How does it take THAT long for 1 slice … anywhere else they can make a pizza from scratch and deliver it in 20 minutes time!
Consistently the best quality ingredients and taste...the best of the pizza chains for sure
