Used for catering recently and the whole staff was incredibly friendly, even when I ordered additional sandwiches last minute. I was really impressed by the positive attitude and energy!

I love Jimmy John's sandwiches, Ive only been through the drive thru so I can't comment on the inside of the shop but the service at the drive thru has always been excellent, and the guy at the window taking my payment is always friendly,& fast. My sandwiches are always fresh and really good This is one of the best sandwich places in town. The only thing that's not perfect is they are a little pricey but I can't complain too much because everything is pricey these days at least here the quality & service are great

Drove here for my lunch break today. Arrived at 6:10. Two young kids inside with both doors locked. Thought maybe the lobby was closed at this location, no big deal. Got back in my car and went to the drive through. Sat at the speaker for a few minutes and got nothing, said helloooo, nothing. Pulled up to the drive through window and could see them cleaning. They looked at me and ignored me. Wasted 15 minutes of my lunch break driving here and have to scramble to find somewhere else. Website and Google both say this location closes at 7pm. This happened 4/28/24.
