Service has been SUPER SLOW the last several times we’ve been here. What happened to “freaky fast”?! Waited about 30 mins from the time I placed the order till they handed it to me. Oh yeah, the order was inaccurate too.

The worst customer service. Placed an order on the app for a wrap and it allowed me to redeem reward for wrap. Then get to the store to pick up and they tell us they don't honor that here. It is not our fault the app allows us to redeem the free sandwich for a wrap.. will not be coming back to Jimmy John's. Fix the app or just give better customer service.

I ordered 2 wraps and although they were very good just a little weak on the filling. At $10 each,$4 delivery charge & tip a $20 order turned into $30. I live 2 blocks away and it took almost a half hour. When I called to ask what happened the guy abruptly yelled at me that it was already delivered(wasn't there 5 minutes earlier when I checked for it). I felt that he could have handled it better than he did. Sadly, I probably won't order from them again.Thank you!Susan Deal

Cashier in drive through line was hitting real heavy on the upsell. Do you want a drink? Chips? Cheese? Pickle? How about a brownie? Nothing else? Are you sure?Disappointing # 2 sandwich . 2 slices roast beef, 1 of provolone, little bit shredded lettuce and 3 medium tomato slices. Only thing that hoagie had a lot of was about a 1/2 cup of mayo on both sides.3 hoagies, all 1/2 sized were $24 +Can't afford to go back .
Always use the mobile app. Order is ready when I get there always. This location really stands out for being pleasant & order accuracy!

We ordered the Roast Beef sandwich with cheese & tomatoes, coast $6.99!! We literally got one piece of Roast Beef on the sandwich!! When we called the store they told me if I wanted more meat I needed to order it with more meat that would cost more!!! Funny how the drive thru menu doesn't mention that nor does the servicer that's helping you over the intercom!!!!
