I popped by and ordered my sandwich. Asked for no tomato cuz I'm allergic. And sat in the drive thru and watched em make it. Now she started putting tomato on it but took it off. But the off putting thing was the previous order asked for something that was in a shaker and some sort of liquid that was in a squeeze bottle, and for some reason she put both on mine. Didn't ask for that. When I said I couldn't accept the order as is, they both tried to convince me she didn't put those on my sandwich. I simply asked for the sandwich I ordered or a refund.
This is the last time I come to this location. There have been several times my order hasn't been correct but this is the first time where they were denying making it incorrectly and trying to not fix it.

For starters some of lights were off leading one to believe they were closed. I walked in the dimly lit building when out from the back came a employee .......who had zero cutomer service skills. We use to love Jimmy Johns and unfortunately after tonights vist won't be returning. Sandwiches we poorly made and we were disappointed by the lack of enthusiasm from the employees working as well as food quality.
They are so great there, I had a great recent experience with a fella named Joseph at the us41 store near dans car wash. He was amazing and they all are why I keep coming back!
