For starters some of lights were off leading one to believe they were closed. I walked in the dimly lit building when out from the back came a employee .......who had zero cutomer service skills. We use to love Jimmy Johns and unfortunately after tonights vist won't be returning. Sandwiches we poorly made and we were disappointed by the lack of enthusiasm from the employees working as well as food quality.

I have ordered multiple times and o my once was a good experience. They send 3 parties to deliver and they don’t show up, then you order pick up and they are out of bread. This store should be permanently closed.

I order from you five times a week and I order first thing at 10:30 when you open up at least two times a week you use bread from the day prior / evening prior...every time I tell you it's not fresh you say it's freshly made today.... you can taste the difference when it comes out of the oven or when it sits overnight .... I'm paying 10 bucks for a cold gourmet sandwich please make sure that the bread is freshly made that morning not give me the one from yesterday... And please stop telling me that it's not you can taste the difference instantly...

I’ve picked up at this location several times. I order through the app and my only complaint is that they often don’t apply the changes that I requested (Extra mayo, a topping, etc.) a few days ago I ordered a turkey and avocado with a few extras. I got home and took my first bite and thought this is the most bland sandwich I’ve ever tasted. When I opened it and looked it not only was missing the extras it was missing the avocado! Friendly staff but they definitely need help with quality control

I am so upset I just left sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes finally got to the girl on the speaker ordered my meal and then when I get to the window she asks for my credit card information since there system is down. Why would she not have told me on the intercom instead of making me sit there for 30 minutes. Then I ask if there’s an atm and the attitude and eye rolll I received was completely ridiculous I think I have a right to be a little upset that I just sat in the drive-through when this could all been prevented. I also thought it was very embracive To ask somebody for their credit card information
