Mentally prepare yourself for the saddest Cuban sandwich you have ever seen in your life - it’s not toasted, not cut and doesn’t have cheese. This is the first time I’ve eaten at Jimmy John’s in years and I will never go back. 👎 we got 3 warm sandwiches, 3 were delivered cold: $30 down the drain. I’ll stick to Jersey Mikes.

Redheaded guy in the other gentleman with glasses, making the sandwiches could not care less at the speed with which they work. There’s no sense of urgency and they clearly had negative attitudes towards customers and the overall amount of people in there trying to get lunch. It was like they were frustrated, but they actually had to do their jobs.

We love Jimmy John’s sandwiches. It’s our go to place. We have had this store mess up our sandwiches the last two times we are there. I have a stomach disease and when I ask for something done a certain way it’s important they follow it. I explained it twice and then even confirmed it when the guy handed me the sandwiches. We will not go back to this Jimmy John’s ever again. I will drive further away to have better service.

We had the BEST experience at the Jimmy John’s on Route 70 in Bradenton today! We showed up about 30 minutes before they were even supposed to open, and instead of turning us away, the amazing team — especially Tess and Aidan — welcomed us in with big smiles and said, “Don’t worry, we’ll take your order anyway!”
They made our sandwiches fresh, fast, and with so much care — all before their doors were officially open. That’s the kind of above-and-beyond service you just don’t see every day.
Huge kudos to Tess, Aidan, and the whole crew for starting our day off right — you’ve got loyal fans for life! Thank you for your kindness and hustle — you really deserve all the accolades! 🙌🥪✨

I am with a non profit organization who supports people with disabilities in sarasota, florida. We have frequent events that are large and need catering. The last two events we tried out Jimmy Johns on SR70 to cater our events. Both times I worked with the store manager to compile the orders. She was so pleasant and easy to work with. All of the food arrived on time and was absolutely delicious. Everyone was enjoying themself. Thank you manager Tess and the rest of the staff at this location.
