They were nice and cordial in Bradenton- mean and rude in Parrish Don't bother , horrible customer service , had to wait forever to get 2 beefs. called to voice my opinion "boss" was degrading. One star is still too much. Tonys in Sarasota is the place to go. Side note the order totally incorrect...

This review is for the pizza and desert only.Got a 16inch pep and green pepper pizza. The pizza was extremely greasy and really mushy. So mushy that every slice broke into two pieces every lift. The grease was light orange and pooled on top of the pizza. The taste was there, reduce the grease and get rid of the mush and this place could be half way decent. The canola and chocolate layer cake were both good. Both tasted fresh and cake was moist and not stale. Not trying to bash this place. Unless my experience was a fluke they really need to sort out their pizza crafting process.

Waited 15 minutes, was ignored, 3 other tables occupied, won't be here long with their service and attitude, quite sad, someone ties their entire life into a business and their employees destroy it.Tried to call and owner was too busy to talk.Guess that building will be empty again soon.

Had high hopes, seeing other reviews of folks that were from Chicago giving this pizza great reviews....hubby is from Chicago, so we gave it a shot. Burnt edge, so bad it's uneatable. Weird sweet sauce, and the mushrooms chopped so fine and skimpy you couldn't even taste them. Hubby took 3 bites and tossed the piece he was eating, I finished one just because I was famished. If three tables and 4 tickets on the bar is too busy to prevent burning food, then I guess we'll pass, suggest you do as well.

Amazingly the worst food quality and customer service. This is the second time i have tried this place. The first time poor food quality and delivery time way off by over 45 minutes. Me being a person in the service industry( not food service ) just thought they are new and will wait a few months and maybe try again. Well that was today and well you see the star rating of 1 only because you cant give a negative 5. Had my manager over and ordered lunch of which one item was anti-pasta sals with NO TOMATOES as she is allergic to. Delivery arrived again over 30 minutes past the one hour delivery time. I accepted the NON - hands free delivery provided a 3 dollar tip and said thank you. Brought food in and my mgr opened her anti-pasta salad that was smothered in tomatoes. I contacted the business with my concern and was met with " that was the owner who delivered your food " my response was thats great but my delivery was late and incorrect. " her response was Im looking at your order and its says anti-pasta salad with no tomatoes " i said exactly but the salad is covered in tomatoes. She again said again that it was the owner who delivered the food as if that made it acceptable lol. I said i can send you a photo if you dont believe me. " she said no not sating that but you should call back later when he is here " i said no you can call me back with a resolution and she was obviously annoyed and took my phone number which she already had if she was looking at my order as she said. " she said someone will call you back " needless to say no one called back. Being a person that thinks of others challenges my thought is maybe this " OWNER " and staff should pull back their delivery option and focus on quality and costumer service. Its ok to try and do it all but when it is failing horribly regroup and focus what will be successful and an honorable / desirable food service provider. Restaurant: please dont bother contacting me at all as I will not order from you in the future regardless. I do wish you success without my orders ! For your success please consider mine and others concerns as i'm sure they wish nothing but success for you and your team as well.

Everything comes out great when their one employee is working. He's quick and efficient. I've watched him work the pizza oven and the flat top all by himself!! I think his name is Martin or Marcus..

We are originally from Chi-town and are pizza snobs. After reading about jo jo's on fb today we decided we had to try it and we went hungry. Ordered a large cracker crust double sausage and pepperoni for pick up. It was a disappointment. The crust was very generic and not even close to a cracker crust. The sausage was not double as ordered but that was ok because we did not care for it. Could not taste fennel like a chicago sausage must have but was overwhelmed with garlic. The sauce was sweet, a no no on chicago pizza. I like cheese, but it was just too much. The pizza ingredients just did not mesh for us. Definately not a Chicago experience, especially at $19. Chicago Pauls is still the best Chicago Cracker Crust in Florida and Joey D's rocks it too. We will stick with those and Uno's for our deep dish.

Ordered a deep dish and Chicago thin crust pizza. Service was good, was excited to try it, as we are from Chicago, and I just couldn't. Deep dish crust was burned to a char and cheese wasn't even cooked all the way through , and was our thin crust pizza, was so terribly burned, and no one could eat it, the sauce is so off key, it's way too sweet. We probably won't be back anytime soon.. hopefully it was just an off night.

Get a frozen pizza less hassle. Crooks and the food isn't that great it's ok at best.

What an awful experience. Was excited to see this place come to Parrish but management was extremely rude, and the food was so gross I couldn't finish eating it. It was such a bad experience I had to post this review.

My wife and I pickup food from here often for food delivery and have ordered from here personally twice. Not the worst place and not the best. The couple times we ordered from there for ourselves the food wasn't bad. I can say it was fresh and the pizza had decent flavor, though idk that I would say it warranted the cost. The food tasted like most other small business style pizzerias around imitating the Chicago style. My biggest issue is how slow this restaurant is. Whenever we have a pickup there and are given a time they NEVER are ready. On several occasions we arrived they weren't done told us five or ten more minutes leaving us to wait in the parking lot only to say the same thing AGAIN when we go back in. Both our personal orders aside from the delivery pickups went the same way. What's more irritating is there are always several employees working. Though often they are seen standing around. Further the restraunt doesn't appear to be busy a lot of these times. They have a small shop with room for one family to dine in out front and nobody is ever there. To top it off never any sign of remorse, not so much as a single sorry for the wait even.Overall JoJo's is middling and I can't say I recommend them over other local options that offer cheaper pricing, better customer service, and the same if not higher quality food.

I had a Calzone with meatball and Italian Sausage, my wife had the Chicago Burger, both were very tasty! Fast and friendly service, will try more dishes soon
