Went to KFC just to get me two drumsticks something told me to check my order before I left and when I got home I had somewhat what they call chicken tenders or whatever or chicken bites or whatever and french fries I didn't order none of that stuff so disappointed when you pay for a certain things you would expect to get your items wasn't happy at all and then I tried to call back two or three times no one answer the phone

Staff need to start treating doordash customers better. I come into this KFC often to pick up orders and lately the new staff have been very rude. They would hold the food hostage thinking I'm going to steal food. Not all Doordashers are bad at the job and should not be reflected this way, especially when they start yelling and cussing at you because you confirmed the order and left with the order. Unacceptable.

Please make sure actual charge reflects prices posted on Drive Thru board. Three piece big box list at 11.29 on the board. Cashier argued that I was incorrect and the price was 12.29 assuming I was being dishonest and wanted food cheaper.

The place is an outdated dump and over half of what we ordered...they were out of it and they gave downgrades but there was no offer of any refund. The Colonel is rolling over in his grave. The people that work there and the customers deserve better. Clearly, ownership/management doesn't care.

Got sick from a delivery order so a week later I went thru the drive thru. OMG!!! The entire area was trashed out and the drive thru was filthy!! I can only imagine what the kitchen looked like. Will NEVER eat there again!! Horrible. KFC should get rid of the franchisee holder ASAP.
