Got sick from a delivery order so a week later I went thru the drive thru. OMG!!! The entire area was trashed out and the drive thru was filthy!! I can only imagine what the kitchen looked like. Will NEVER eat there again!! Horrible. KFC should get rid of the franchisee holder ASAP.

Pulled up to KFC on February 13, 2025, at 8:33 PM, thinking I was about to eat good. WRONG. Instead, I got Shaniqua on the mic acting like I was speaking in Morse code. “HUH? WHAT? NUMBER WHO?” Girl, I ain’t ordering nuclear launch codes, just some damn chicken.
Finally get to the window and she hits me with “We outta Pepsi, outta mayo, and oh yeah… we outta chicken.” EXCUSE ME?? How KFC outta chicken?? That’s like McDonald’s running outta burgers or 7-Eleven running outta crackheads. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE.
We sat there in silence, questioning life, then did the only logical thing—drove the hell off.
It's been years since I've had KFC because of food quality and service. We decided to give it a shot, service was fine, however we order 2x of the 3 pieces combos, we only got 2 pieces each and they were soggy already. Plus it was thigh and a drumstick. They didn't have fries or nuggets. I guess I should've "listened" to the other reviews here.

Horrible customer service. The young lady got an attitude with me in drive thru because she couldn’t understand a simple order. I had to explain it three times and she still didn’t understand. Name was Patricia. Get better people.

Ordered an eight piece got four drums missing chicken breast and one thigh.. very little breading on chicken.. the breading was not sticking to the chicken very little fried breading
