The drive-through stays open till 10 o’clock. But apparently they don’t like to cook chickens past 8:45 PM. They had nothing available except for cornbread. Did you offer to make anything. I don’t understand how business is like this day open. Absolutely terrible service. I’ll be sure not to stop by here again. That’s for sure.

Haven't been to KFC in a while because of just poor service and bad food. Well, I wanted to try them (also a different store) hoping that they have changed, and they did. They got worse. Not only did they not have everything I wanted, but while I was waiting for my food, I noticed 2 people being ignored and waking out, one employee spending most of the time I was there on her phone, and all the sides are now in small cups. 1/2 the size I remember them as. Soooo, this is one place I highly recommend to stay away from, unless that what you're looking for, and I sure will never return, anywhere.

The customer service here is terrible!!! There’s always a wait for the food and all the employees always have a nasty attitude! They all need to be fired from a customer prospective! During my visit the manager was also present and made no difference in the employee demeanor. The picture below is of one of the employees walking away after i ask for his name. I can’t believe people like this are employed!

It's 12:15 on a Saturday. The lobby is closed, only can go through drive thru. I guess this particular store never fully recovered from the Covid limitations from 3 yrs ago. Avoid. Go to one that actually provides full service dining and carry-out

We pulled up through the drive through with a coupon was about to pay about $40 worth of food with the coupon. The lady at the windows said it was only for dark meat and we told her no I told her exactly what was on the coupon which it said crispy original extra crispy and mix and she said she needed to see the coupon when we pulled up to the windows to show her the coupon (we just got this coupon. ) But because the coupon was ripped she wouldn't honor the coupon. Mind you we were sent this coupon the way it was. When we asked her to speak to the manager she mentioned she was the manager. We asked her for her name she said it was Angela. She was very rude. Her customer service lacks highly and she doesn't deserve the position she is in. I will never return any KFC because of the lack of service we received. We have a large family of 10 and will be losing business from us.

Employee behavior and attitude needs improvement. When. Ordering employee huff and puffed like we were interrupting her day. Maybe we were because we were there only customers in the place. I enjoy KFC chicken but will find a new KFC to buy from.
