I asked for 8 thighs only and was given 4 legs and 4 thighs. Like getting 4 leg quarters. 🙁 When I'm in this area I'm not going back there. I will also let my friends know to go to a different LOCATION.

The drive up is always closed. And you actually have to step out of your vehicle when you are in a rush. However, the employees are the nicest people you can find, even if FL is a state in the south, the employees make you feel a southern hospitality thats rate to find in the state.

KFC will not survive if some things don't change. Why can't I substitute legs for thighs? A leg and a thigh are the same price. Good luck trying to call corporate to make a complaint. They do not call you back. $40.00 to feed 3 people and no returned call. I pulled up to the drive-thru at 8:15 they close at 900 but couldn't cook 9 pieces of chicken for me. Wth is really going on with KFC. I managed a KFC for 14 years and never heard this crazy stuff im being told now. They serve biscuits but dont have butter...not that they were out. Its that they dont serve butter anymore. What?🙄🙄🙄

I got sick from the coleslaw I called the manager he said he wasn't sick yet was his response to a customer being food poisoned and hung up on me ! DON'T EAT HERE AT THE CORTEZ LOCATION ITS DISGUSTING THEY'RE SERVING FOOD THAT MADE ME SICK THE MANAGER DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE OR ASK HOW I WAS FEELING HIS BEHAVIOR IS DISGUSTING AND HE SHOULDN'T BE MANAGING ANYTHING! HE SHOULD BE IN JAIL FOR SERVING THAT GARBAGE TO THE PUBLIC AND TREATING ME AS IF I WANTED SOMETHING FREE ! Today is the first day that you brought back wedges, and hot wings. I Went inside and ordered two of the six pieces that came with wedges. I had to wait 10 minutes for the fresh hot wings which was no problem. Only to get home and realize that it wasn't important to them that I had fresh wedges as well they were hard, old ans cold!

If I could score everything a zero I would. Saving grace was food was hot. Mobile ordered and when I went to go into the drive thru an employee was standing in the middle of the parking lot in her phone and smoking a cigarette, and when I came past her she yelled at me that she wasn’t standing there for no reason. I told her she was on her phone smoking and wasn’t paying attention. She yelled that I couldn’t use the drive thru and had to go inside. Go inside and went to mobile pickup and had to wait on 2 people to order in front of me. Finally get my turn to ask for my mobile order. He fixes it to me, no smile, no thank you, even after I thanked him. Get home to my 2 large orders of pot and gravy not in my order. Awful experience but cooks did their job. Have tried calling many times with no answer. Pitiful!

Probably one of the best meals I've ever had at KFC. Chicken was hot, tender and juicy. Mashed potatoes and gravy hit the spot. Biscuit was nice and soft. Nice surprise with a couple pie poppers.
