Drive thru out of order, very slow staff, lady in charge was making the kid running registers do everything. Ordered 2 box meals register didn't inform me of a sale that would have saved me 5 dollars or more. Food took way to long and was cool not hot or even warm. The chicken was not very good I didn't even finish a 3 piece meal it was so bad. Lady in charge was rude to 2 different guests trying to order. This place is fairly close to my house so I've been there 3 or 4 times and EVERYTIME has been a terrible experience. Dining room was filthy floors were sticky the whole place had a faint smell of dirty mop water. I won't even discuss the bathroom I went into since this is a review instead of a horror movie.... I used to love KFC but that time was so bad im just done. I will never go back there if I ever even try another KFC. In this moment I will never eat there again. I would say do not eat there unless you really do like bad food rude people and dirty place

The service is absolutely terrible hire more people and stop running skeleton crews I’m a restaurant manager no urgency no efficiency at all. They close the drive thru because they can’t keep up just remove it at this point every time I go drive thru closed no other location has this issue this is a manager/operator partner / corporate issue. Horrible reputation for the brand waited over 10 minutes to order no I’ll be with you guys soon nothing. I went on January 10th at 3pm horrible experience never going back.

Continue to have poor service. They didn't have any Long John silver's options they never even let us know there was going to be a 10-minute wait for original recipe chicken.

Standing in line at lunch on a Monday. Drive thru does not work, no one to take out order. Hey mister owner, get some help, theses 2 folks are way over loaded, why don't you come out of the office and help. Can't wait for Chic Filet to open out by me. I think everyone waiting in line is writing a rave review. No excuse. The young lady taking orders is trying real hard. Management/owner, YOU dropped the ball. This is the last time for us at this location, bye-bye.

Ciyon Cinema

In line waiting for the shift change and i pay for my food. At first i bought a 3 piece with a chicken little. Dude rushed ny food and didn't give me my drink or chicken little. Then after i told him he caught attitude and told me she didn't check me out. So i asked him well can you ring me out and got upset and did it quick and sloppy. After he gave me it he tried rushing off. I said what happened to my drink and he said “bruh”. He put his dirty finger nails in my cup as he was filling up. I throw it away with the half cooked food they gave me. What a waste.

Unfortunately, we had to wait 15 minutes because they didn’t have original nor extra crispy. Maybe they just had a rush but we were there around 6 pm. The folks were nice and polite but having to wait 15 minutes for “fast food” seems contradictory…Also, a bit of sticker shock…for a family meal. I hope they open more and better locations soon.

The counter girl was really nice, the place seemed kind of dingy.. I had tried multiple times to order on line, to receive a discount
When it failed I went inside and showed a few people, even handed them my phone and they tried.. nope the app was not working and they refused and sort of discount or compensation
The apple bites, were chewy.. I did not expect that, the biscuits went stale really quick, like never before. Way overpriced

We went at 11am thinking it would be cleaner than the last time. Parking lot and landscaping is sad! Smells like burnt grease inside. Dead flies on the counter and window sill. Beverage station was nasty gross, obviously it’s not been cleaned in a while. Food was ok, hot but greasy! Restroom was so bad my wife walked in and out. Said it wasn’t worth taking the chance!
