I was reluctant to go here after the reviews. Fast food isn’t what it used to be. People just don’t care about what kind of food you get anymore. It’s only 11:30a.m. and fries are cold and soggy. Sandwich isn’t great. You can just tell the workers hate being there. Fast food use to be cheap and atleast decent. It’s not anymore. Nasty cold and overpriced!. I’m staying in a motel and I’d rather go hungry than to waste my money on such nasty cold food. All the fast food places around here are like this! Nasty cold food.

The chicken was small and tough not satisfying at all!! Kinda gross actually.... The soda was flat, no utensils to eat mashed potatoes and gravy. I paid over $10 for the chicken strips meal because it looks so good on the picture but it was not. I left hungry

My family and I order from this KFC a lot and it usually never disappoints. We decided to place an order through the app for once to use the meal deal, I left and picked up our food and didn’t think to check it because they tie the bags closed. Once I got home I started taking out the food and realized that our mashed potatoes and gravy had no gravy at all and the six sauces that came with the 12 chicken tender meal weren’t in there either. I appreciate how fast KFC staff works however maybe slow down just a little to ensure you have the order correct. Normally I wouldn’t be too upset, however I cannot eat chicken without condiments and thanks to hurricane milton my fridge is completely empty. Not only that but if something says that it comes with it then the staff needs to ensure everything is in the order!! ive attached proof of what we ordered. I understand times are tough and everyone is going through something right now but employees need to stop rushing through orders and not checking to make sure nothing was forgotten.

I went here for LJS (Long John Silver's) and it was excellent. Loved it, there's so few left anymore in general. I drove over an hour to get it. Yummy every time 🙏🏽🕊

They are continuously out of Original chicken. But, tonight was the last straw. Guy taking orders was clearly on something. We waited in line for 30 minutes and had to wait for them to make more chicken. The guy was slurring his words, people were leaving the drive thru. I don't know how they are still in business. They lost us as a customer tonight.

Food is good. The service is fair, but additional help is needed. Though the restaurant was updated in the past few years, it's already run down and dreary. It's ok to eat there, but one will feel like the order should be made to go.
Parking: Spots are spacious and are usually plentiful.

Ordered online. Advertisement said mashed potatoes with slaw. In stead soggy fries and flour biscuits uncooked. Called the store and extremely rude. Never will I order KFC on SR 64 again. Just an FYI. Wish ya better luck with them than I had
No one wears gloves. Dude takes my order with chicken flour on his hands. I was ignored for 5min with a line behind me and they walk past looking at you and never greet. Floors are nasty, trash is full. Management should be fired while worker are busting it but have zero leadership to make this place better. I’ll drive across town before going back to this KFC that I can walk to. Order online and expect to wait an additional 10-20 beyond scheduled pick up. This place is insane.

We thought to try Kentucky Fried Chicken again after staying away for a couple of years, I knew of this location and just drove over to get some and went inside instead of drive through. The first impression was what a dump. Litter on the floor, dirty walls, tables, everything. The store needs refurbishing. I even went on line to see if KFC corporate had somewhere to report this type of situation. Nope, I guess corporate doesn't care either.
Anyway, moving on. Food and service were OK but I didn't enjoy the chicken as much thinking about the messy store. I only read the review after and agree with most of them. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
