All I want is chips and queso. Lol. It's not a difficult request. If you guys don't offer chips and queso everyday, may I request you take it off your menu? Maybe do as a special. I work right across the street and come here because it's convenient and yall are supposed up have it everyday. It's been 2 months and I've been able to order once. It's frustrating because my time is limited for lunch. Idk if yall are selling it, please teach the staff there to melt the cheese. That and there's literally one gentleman there that is friendly. Awful service. Disappointing to say the least.

Ordered take out. The 2 taco plate was supposed to come with beans and rice but they were not in the bag. Just 2 tacos yet they charged me for the plate. They were out of the seasoned ground beef, sour cream AND guacamole like WTF this is a taco place and they don’t have basic items! The carne asada meat on the Laredo bowl was so hard and dried up it wasn’t even edible. What a waste of money this place is horrible!!!

I wish I read the reviews before going in. I probably still would have, but I'd have been less disappointed. Employee had to have a smoke break before making me a taco. After one bite I tossed it and went next door for food.
Employees are not on time, disappear and avoid customers. Employees don’t appear to care about helping or serving customers. Early am employee on 5/18/24 Saturday was sadly needing more training. In addition, food looked sparse and not well prepared…Don’t bother, food and employees are too unpredictable.

The women was extremely rude and clearly does not want to do her job chips were stale I simply asked for some new chips I have been a part time short order cook for over a decade it would have taken her seconds to fry some new chips her excuse was “I just made those yesterday they are not stale” no date or time on the chips the flat top looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly ever I will be putting a call to the health dept…

The woman that was working made it out to be like we were being a huge inconvenience for placing an order and making her have to work and actually do her job. She wasn't a very pleasant person and was slightly rude. This was the first time we tried eating at that place and the first impression is not that good. The food was old and dried out.
