I've tried to support this chain but it keeps disappointing. Sylvan Ave location has the worst staff. Nothing is available, staff is inattentive, and food is not as good anymore. Im always rushed as if they're closing with hours left before actual closing. Looks to be the culture from the rest of these reviews

Stopped into the location in Dayton TX off 90. Order 5 breakfast tacos the lady making the tacos was very rude and the food was not good. The potatoes tasted old and the beans had a burnt taste. If I could give no stars I would.

We absolutely love everything they offer. The barbacoa tacos, especially, are amazing! One note: the Carne Guisada tacos are really good, but very messy.

All I want is chips and queso. Lol. It's not a difficult request. If you guys don't offer chips and queso everyday, may I request you take it off your menu? Maybe do as a special. I work right across the street and come here because it's convenient and yall are supposed up have it everyday. It's been 2 months and I've been able to order once. It's frustrating because my time is limited for lunch. Idk if yall are selling it, please teach the staff there to melt the cheese. That and there's literally one gentleman there that is friendly. Awful service. Disappointing to say the least.

Ordered take out. The 2 taco plate was supposed to come with beans and rice but they were not in the bag. Just 2 tacos yet they charged me for the plate. They were out of the seasoned ground beef, sour cream AND guacamole like WTF this is a taco place and they don’t have basic items! The carne asada meat on the Laredo bowl was so hard and dried up it wasn’t even edible. What a waste of money this place is horrible!!!

If you can catch a staff when they're not smoking, they still won't want to help you. Food is mediocre, if you can get someone to make it.

I wish I read the reviews before going in. I probably still would have, but I'd have been less disappointed. Employee had to have a smoke break before making me a taco. After one bite I tossed it and went next door for food.

Employees are not on time, disappear and avoid customers. Employees don’t appear to care about helping or serving customers. Early am employee on 5/18/24 Saturday was sadly needing more training. In addition, food looked sparse and not well prepared…Don’t bother, food and employees are too unpredictable.
