I tried this place three times.....SO Menu, kind a pricey for what it is. Food quality - sorry not the best. Definitely reminds one of campground food. Service was never good. The ladies seem like they are dying to go home and don't have any extra time to share, and so they forget to bring a salat dressing, another beer or whatever .... almost feels as if you annoy them with your order lol. Atmosphere- corky sure, I prefer sitting outside by the river

We had an amazing brunch yesterday! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was rustic and inviting. Our waitress, Beth, was absolutely wonderful—so attentive and cheerful, she really made our experience special! Now, let’s talk about the food! I ordered the fried green tomatoes BLT, and it was fantastic! The combination was delightfully crunchy and packed with flavor. My friends tried a variety of dishes: the BBQ pork baked potato was a hit, truly hearty and satisfying. The shrimp basket was crispy and perfectly cooked, while the BBQ sliders were a delightful burst of flavor in every bite. One of our friends had the fried grouper, which looked delicious and was perfectly seasoned. Oh, and we can’t forget about the Bloody Marys! They were the perfect complement to our meal, refreshing and robust with just the right kick! All in all, this brunch experience was a blast! Great food, awesome service, and a cozy vibe. Group of 4 ladies came in for a light dinner and our waitress was anything but focused. She was just having a day from hell and couldn’t do anything right. We finally did get to eat - the actual plates we ordered and the manager was very kind in waiving all the fees and invited us back for a better experience- of which we have enjoyed. Thank you for making things right. What could’ve been disastrous especially for a first timer turned into - ok we’ll try again another time. Sincerely PV Patty

family went there .we were a larger party with kids. long story short . we were not welcome. wait staff was short. bad attitude. kids were not misbehaved. the restaurant was not busy. but it's obvious it's not kid friendly. cool looking place but we won't return

This place looks awesome outside and inside unfortunately that doesn’t make a good restaurant. We “6 adults and 5 kids” arrived between 1-2pm on a Saturday and it was pretty much empty. They were clearly aggravated that we showed up without making reservations “once again there was basically nobody there” Food was subpar and servers seemed unhappy.

Worst service ever rude very rude

What a uniquely Old Florida restaurant! The history and the location are fantastic. The food is very good and the menu is large, including an entire “bbq smoker” menu. The decor is perfect, fitting the nature of the location!

Because of a birthday & consecutive visitors we went out to eat several times in an 8 day span. I had the same meal at 3 different restaurants, Linger was by far the best. Simple as that.
