Very fast good pizza at a decent price! From the time I ordered to the time it's ready less than a half hour!❤️? Order is always ready on time or before..HUGE PLUS in my book! The self service portal pickup is an extra plus++!!. better than waiting in line on a cashier..anyway, Consistently a good deal, and price.. a solid choiceI'm writing this because tonight I tried domino's delivery..and had the WORST experience in years ..so I'll stick with Caesars..no frills, ready quickly!!?

Ordered my food through portal and waited an hour, just to walk up and ask about my order which was sitting in the back. Cold pizza, looked like it was half azzed and they gave me a soda to make up for it. Your better off going to another pizzeria and spending a couple extra bucks.

I ordered a pretzel stuffed crust pepperoni pizza online at 5:27 PM. The website indicated pick up 6 PM to 6:05 PM. Upon arrival there were several people standing waiting for their orders. I asked about mine and was told it was not yet ready and to check back in 20 minutes. When I returned, I was told it was not yet put in the oven. if I hadn’t already paid online, I would’ve walked out. It appeared as the customer in front of me trying to get a refund was having a problem doing so. There was a lot of frustrated customers standing around the front area waiting. One hour and 20 minutes after ordering my pizza was handed to me. When I arrived home, it was not the pretzel stuffed crust pizza that I had ordered. Instead of pizza sauce, it appeared to be something like cheese whiz, and asiago. The dough was not fully cooked and I had to finish cooking it. There are so many pizza shops that are much much better. This is the absolute worst pizza I have ever had.

Joke went there two days ago. No counter help, understaffed, oven portal has been busted forever. Have to wait in line to pickup the order that was placed online. Of all the Little Caesars I have gone to this is far the worse.

We ordered on the website and it messed up the address. Called the store and text driver the correct address. Then 2.5 hours later they canceled the order and said they were going to me full refund. But, it would take 12 to 15 days to refund me. We had to called many times and to get full refund. Still waiting for refund. Left hungry and with no refund.

Horrible....ignore long line of customers. When I finally got to counter, gal said "We don't do gift cards here"Um...then WHY do you have them on display ???I didn't post anything for Food, because I wasn't able to use my gift card there.... I would suggest you go to any other pizza joint.

No phone orders anymore just rang the phone 3xs no answer when asked the girl up front with black hair Hispanic with crooked teeth started oh there very busy , and laughed with the other girl, they don’t even have hot and ready 3meats anymore and the pepperoni pizza wasn’t even hot so I don’t see where they were busy. Unfortunately this place isn’t worth going too anymore save your money?? especially the customer service. Service has hit bottom since 2022

Do not waste your time or money! the food is horrendous. I orders 3 pizzas and a cheese bread, never got the bread, the rest was cold, the dough was not even fully cooked. was told the food was out of the oven but when I got there I had to wait with 26 other people over 45 minutes to get my food. the service was sub par and that's putting it nicely one knew what anyone was doing. There was food all over the glass food doors, the floor was all greasy with cockroaches climbing all over. I have eating in places in 3rd world countries that were better. This place should be shut down! I will NEVER BE BACK!

Every time I stop in for a Hot & Ready, I'm turned back, empty handed.
Pizza had been cooked for hours. Hard and burnt from being on the warmer. Could not eat it.
